Rossella, You can set the visible scale ranges on each of your boundaries, so when zoomed right out you get the regional and as you zoom in they turn off and the provinces turn on etc.... Anjelina, This error is normally raised due to a file (swf, xml, swz) getting blocked or not being served to the browser. If you use some browser monitoring such as F12 in IE or fiddler or firebug in Firefox to see what files are not being retrieved by the browser. How are you configuring your viewer? Are you using the app builder or manually changing the config files.By default all layers that have feature access enabled will appear in the edit widget.
