Rossella, You can set the visible scale ranges on each of your boundaries, so when zoomed right out you get the regional and as you zoom in they turn off and the provinces turn on etc.... ArcGIS Help 10.1 Any scale ranges you set on your layers will be taken through to your map service. Regards Anthony

Robert, Not sure if this directly answers your question but the Charles Minard visualization has already been created as a story map: http://storymaps.esri.com/templates/development/stable/geoblog/?appid=42459c24c8a44f328e55c9043bf26208 Also more info can be found in a Esri blog here: Catching Up with Time | Esri Insider Regards Anthony

Jack, You need to create a group for your gallery (I use one called featured content). Then under your organization settings select the group you have just made. When you publish something that you want to appear in the gallery make sure you share it with the group

Jake, In order to have more that 99 points you have to have the ability to host the application on your own server. You cannot currently do this with ArcGIS Online, but you could host the application in the public area of a dropbox account of get some free server space such as Hostinger: Free Hosting in UK with PHP and MySQL, Website Builder, No Ads More info on extending the template to have more than 99 points can be found here: Esri/map-tour-storytelling-template-js · GitHub Regards Anthony

Anjelina, If the error is randomly occurring then it may be an issue with your network and packets are getting dropped somewhere. The only thing I could suggest is do so monitoring on your network to try and identify any problems. Regards Anthony

Anjelina, This error is normally raised due to a file (swf, xml, swz) getting blocked or not being served to the browser. If you use some browser monitoring such as F12 in IE or fiddler or firebug in Firefox to see what files are not being retrieved by the browser. A common file that does not get served by your server by default is .swz to fix this go to MIME Types for the servers features in IIS and right click, and choose add, for the file name extension type ".swz" and for the MIME Type add application/x-swz Regards Anthony

How are you configuring your viewer? Are you using the app builder or manually changing the config files.By default all layers that have feature access enabled will appear in the edit widget. If you want to exclude layers you need to add the exclude layers tag into the edit widget config file: ArcGIS Viewer for Flex The layer name needs to be identical to that in your main config file. Regards Anthony
