OK, thanks. That doesn't really solve my problem then. I want to keep the data 'public' inside my network so they don't have to login to fill out the survey, but we don't want it PUBLIC public on AGOL...thanks for the confirmation. And the reason I want the survey on AGOL is to be able to use Power Automate and webhooks to send emails.

so to be clear @ZacharySutherby, if my internal portal/server are behind a firewall, you can't use a feature service from said portal/server for a survey that sits on AGOL?

Hi @JamesTedrick, is this (IWA) also the case even if we have AGServer logins created and are trying to use? I can create the referenced item in my AGOL account and it opens with data in a map, but when I try to use it for the submission url it still 498's me...

Hi @IsmaelChivite I'm trying to create a custom connector to enterprise from power automate and keep getting the following -- OAuth2 authorization flow failed for service 'Generic Oauth 2'. OAuth 2 sign in failed to exchange code for access token. Client ID and secret sent in form body.. Response status code=InternalServerError. Response body: { "statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error", "activityId": "xxxxx" } Client ID and secret sent in Basic authorization header.. Response status code=InternalServerError. Response body: { "statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error", "activityId": "xxxxx" } (I changed the Id's to xxxxx, btw) I have followed the tech support article to the letter...any ideas?? thanks.

We are switching from .com to .gov for all of our domain names. We have many services on an external facing AGServer site and also publish to AGOL. Is there a mechanism to update the urls that the server site uses? What about the deployment/server configuration? Further, we have an internal AGPortal (federated) that uses two different servers. What's the process to update the urls and server configs for that? Thanks for any/all insight. **EDIT: by 'easy' I'm more referring to editing the configs that are in place, as opposed to starting over with 5 servers from scratch...

How exactly do I "manually republish the data by overwriting the existing hosting feature service" without screwing it up and decoupling it from my dashboard? I restarted my ArcGIS Server machine and tried the 'Update Data > Overwrite Entire Layer' button, and nothing was different...but I don't think that's what you meant. The HFL was created by uploading a GDB as a zip file and then publishing the HFL from it.

I have a python script that has been running fine for a few months. The other day the job blew up for some reason (can't figure out why) and now I can even update my HFL by hand. There's no data showing, can't hit a rest endpoint, getting permission errors. It is powering a dashboard. How do I get it back? The containing process for 'System/PublishingToolsEx' job 'j5b3205d51ec7499cbdd4233652807f44' has crashed. Error getting service. Unable to process request. Service Hosted/XXXXX/MapServer not found User does not have permissions to access 'hosted/XXXXX.mapserver'.

did you ever put up something about appending and honoring time settings? I'm running into the same problem here that I have the time zone and DST settings set when published the feature service, but when appending data, it changes everything b/c of UTC. super frustrating/maddening/unnecessary...
