Hi, when I publish my dashboard from Power BI desktop to Power BI report server and want to access it on the report server, the map doesn't show right away. There are no errors but the visual is just white.
Then, when you interact with data on the dashboard it does show because a join layer functionality seems to trigger the visualisation. It looks like an issue since the last big update of June/July.
Help is much appreciated!
Niels
Hi @rivmniels,
Thanks for your question! We are currently looking into this! Thanks for your patience.
Hi @NaZhang_Esri Thanks for responding. Are there perhaps any updates on this?
Hi @rivmniels,
Thanks very much for the follow up! Please check the post here and let me know if you have more questions or concerns.
Thank you 🙂
@rivmniels I believe that you are running into an existing bug - BUG-000169538: The maps are not loaded when switching between bookmarked tabs in ArcGIS for Power BI.
Hi @ShaneONeill_144, thank you for your response. I looked into the reported bug you mentioned, but this seems to be for bookmarked tabs. Also, the solution they provide isn't structural and only fixes the issue for within that particular session for that user, meaning that after publishing the same problem occurs for every user.
Hi, it's late November now and I was wondering when the update is planned.
Hi @rivmniels ,
It is currently in the deployment process to go live. There might be some delay given the upcoming holiday. We will keep you updated. Thanks for your patience!
