Hello Nancy Dees, Thank you for posting this idea! Are you looking for the functionality as described in this documentation? What data are you working with, and what do you intend to do with the resulting data? If you can provide more context around what you are trying to do, and how you intend to use Customer Derived Trade Areas, then we can better approach this request (either with existing workflows or new functionality). Thanks, Scott

Thanks for submitting this idea Jo LoCicero Could you provide a little more context around how you are using these values from your custom comparison report? Is this for further analysis, or does the separation of these fields make the report easier to read? Any additional information you can provide will help us understand how this fits into your workflows. Thanks, Scott

Hello Vi Tran, Unfortunately I don't have much of a solution for that. It was more of a conceptual discussion. The good news though is that the ArcGIS Platform has advanced a bit in the past two years with regards to Distributed Collaboration. This became available sometime after this discussion thread. If Distributed Collaboration doesn't fit your needs, then it's possible to consider what you've quoted me on. This would be a very manual task, and would take some understanding of the ArcGIS REST API as well as database replication. The REST documentation can be a good starting point, but it would also be beneficial to understand some background on distributed data and sync. The broadest description of what would need to be done is: Create a replica at REST of the service you would like to duplicate in your Enterprise GDB. Import the data into your Enterprise GDB. Maintain the relevant replica information for future sync workflows. Depending on the movement of your data, you will need to properly manage the flow of edits during sync. Is your sync one-way or bidirectional? Are records being inserted, updated, or deleted? Automate the recurring sync process. This is a very incomplete outline, as sync workflows can vary drastically from one organization to another. I would recommend looking at Distributed Collaboration before you attempt to blaze your own path. If you can't use collaboration - or a custom solution is required - then this may appeal to you. The information is out there! It's a matter of defining what you need (data in your Enterprise GDB, etc.) and the environment/workflows that are available to do those tasks (sync, REST API, etc). -Scott

Hello Geethaka Fernando, Derek shared your post with me to assist in looking at the issue. I've added your web map to a new dashboard, and I see a few issues cropping up in the web traffic. Please correct any errors I may have made in the WazeTrafficJamsLiveSTAKEHOLDER appears to have a filter based on date applied to it. However, when Operations Dashboard attempts to retrieve some data, an error is returned, "Cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters." everything else looks pretty standard, so for this service I would recommend testing without the filter/date settings to see if this service's appearance is affected. Public_Temporary_Footpath_Closures also has a filter that appears to be problematic, "'Invalid field: closureType' parameter is invalid." This filter appears to be specifying a field that doesn't exist in the service. Footpath_Closures_public_view has a filter based on attribution similar to the previous service. The error received is "'Invalid field: requestRoadClosure' parameter is invalid." Public_Temporary_Road_Closures shares the same issue as the above services, "'Invalid field: closureType' parameter is invalid." Road_Closures_public_view_HISTORICAL, "'Invalid field: requestRoadClosure' parameter is invalid." Based on these results, I would recommend testing the same services in a new web map, without any filters applied. This would highlight for us whether the issue is rooted in the filters you've defined, or with Operations Dashboard. Could you also provide more clarification on what you're hoping to display in your dashboard? Which feature layers should have a filter applied, and how are any filters defined? Have any services been updated/modified since you first created your web map? Thanks, Scott

Hello Gerry Garza, Thank you for submitting this idea! I would recommend splitting some of these requests out into distinct ideas: transparency filter options custom boundary override number of fields per page These requests can all stand on their own, and I think you could make a separate case for each of these. It will also be easier for us to track and share updates, since one of these being implemented would put the others in limbo. Let me know if you'd like assistance with this approach. Thanks, Scott

Hello David Forbuss, Thank you for submitting this idea. Don't forget to vote for it! Which GPS option are you using when this issue arises? What kind of tasks are you accomplishing (where being "locked into" north is required), and how does this map rotation issue come into play? Thanks, Scott

Hello Michael Melendez, Thank you for submitting this idea! If possible, could you provide more of a description of the projects or tasks where this would be useful? How are you currently recording this information, and how is it being used within your organization? While it's not the exact functionality you are requesting, I want to ensure you are familiar with Workforce for ArcGIS and the ability to generate/complete assignments. When used in conjunction with Collector, Workforce can give you similar information about the starting and completion of work. More information about your projects or their specific requirements can help us understand why this is needed as outlined in your idea. Thanks, Scott

Hello Doug Green, Thank you for submitting this idea! If you haven't already, could you take a look at Arcade Expressions and https://community.esri.com/community/gis/applications/collector-for-arcgis/blog/2017/09/06/the-aurora-project?sr=search&searchId=7adb92ea-4a58-4b7b-b0de-916f05b85049&searchIndex=2? Some of the information you would like to auto-populate may already be available via Arcade. However, it looks like you have a separate issue with editor tracking. The username and editing timestamps can already be recorded, and should reflect the actual times (even when offline). If you are seeing "Esri_Anonymous" and incorrect timestamps, this could warrant a case with support to dig deeper. Another option to consider is Survey123 for ArcGIS. Due to its reliance on XLSforms, Survey123 provides more control over calculations and data entry than Collector at this time. Depending on your project requirements, there may be other routes available. Thanks, Scott

Hello emmor nile, Thank you for submitting this idea. Don't forget to vote for it! I've removed Explorer and Collector from the categories since this is a request for functionality in Pro while creating vector tile packages. Could you provide a little more information about the types of projects this would be useful in? You mentioned resulting file size, but are there other issues that arise due to the inability to define an extent?

Hello, Thank you for submitting this idea! When voting for this functionality, please consider commenting to share your perspectives. What kinds of projects are you working on where an assignment would not be assigned, and this would be beneficial? How do you currently address unassigned (but nearby) tasks while using Workforce? Thanks, Scott

Hello all, When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share your perspective on this functionality. Are there other concerns you have relating to sorting of assignments in the field app? Besides "today", are there other filters you might find useful? What situations would you see yourself using descending sort order for assignments in the field app? Any additional feedback you are able to share would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Scott

Hello Christy Steffke, Thank you for submitting this idea! It looks like you're asking for the ability to search through your feature layers based on attribution, is that correct? If so, this is already possible with some configuration: ArcGIS Online: Configure Feature Search Collector for ArcGIS: Configure search These are settings in the web map which allow you to specify how a user in the field will be allowed to search in the app. If this doesn't fully cover all of your needs relating to searching, let us know! Thanks, Scott
