Hi there, I think notes are what you need - see the following blog for details: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/11/14/understanding-notes-in-survey123 Mikie

Hi Deon, I haven't noticed anything like that in the AttachmentManager class - is there a problem with the approach you are currently taking? get_list includes the URL of any attachments (from what I remember) if that's any use? Mikie

Hi Annalise, https://fws.maps.arcgis.com is an address for ArcGIS as opposed to ArcGIS Enterprise. All ArcGIS accounts can simply use https://www.arcgis.com for the PortalUrl. An ArcGIS Enterprise address is likely to look like this: https://portalcomputer.domain.com/portal/home. PortalUserName = 'MKelly@MyDomain' PortalPassword = 'MyPassword' PortalUrl = 'https://portalcomputer.domain.com/portal/home' Further information can be found here. One thing to note is that the username can be case sensitive - you need to replicate how it appears in the Portal organisation page. Mikie

This script also does this, but communicates with the hosted Feature Layer directly. By default the Object ID is output as part of the output, but Global ID's can also be used.

Hi Ming/Chris, You can get the Centroid of a line/polygon (which may not necessarily be on the line/polygon) using something like this via Arcade: var PointGeometry = Centroid(Geometry($feature)); However this is not yet supported on mobile. There are ongoing efforts to make this happen and you should see it down the line. For example Collector Aurora which is available via the Early Adopter Program on iOS supports Arcade in popups. Given that Explorer uses the same underlying technology it is likely to make it's way there in due course. At the moment, the only workaround is to add these values as attributes, after which you can build a URL via a custom popup. However these attributes do not update as the geometries are changed, nor are the available for new geometries. Python could be used to update these on a scheduled basis, but this would require some scripting/hosting of scripts. Mikie

Hi Ming, Arcade expressions are not supported in the mobile apps just yet. But if you check out the latest Collector Aurora, Arcade is available within popups. Mikie

Bear in mind that if the users are external to the organisation, you have to invite them as opposed to add them as they have to accept the invitation.

I would also suggest you try connecting via ArcGIS Pro: gis = GIS("pro") This will use the active user in ArcGIS Pro.

Hi Deon, This is a current limitation of Web Hooks via Survey123. Web Hooks will only trigger when new records are collected, not when edits are made via the Inbox. I believe this functionality is planned for a future release. Mikie

Hi Deon, Another option is to use something like ${photo1} != "" in the relevant column. This removes the need to use pulldata and shortens the relevancy formula. Of course you can also use repeats to capture as many photos as you like without using any relevancy statements, but the attachments can be a little more difficult to access post process. Mikie

Hi Ryan, I think you're nearly there. The Portal URL you are providing does not exist (hence the 404), you need something like this (note 'home' vs 'arcgis'): from arcgis.gis import GIS
PortalUsername = 'ci.raleigh.nc.us\\yourUsername'
PortalPassword = 'yourPassword'
PortalUrl = 'https://ral.maps.arcgis.com/home'
gis = GIS(PortalUrl, PortalUsername, PortalPassword)
print("Logged in as: " + gis.properties.user.username) Any joy with this? An alternative would be to use an ArcGIS Online Named User which doesn't use ADFS. The aim of app logins is to allow the use of premium content in ArcGIS Online without having to sign in. Essentially it is an authentication mechanism which allows the use of premium services publically (credits are consumed by the app login user where appropriate). It is not intended to grant access to content owned by the user in question. It is typically used in combination with various API's/SDK's. Mikie
