Hi Stephen - In ArcGIS Enterprise you are not limited on Level 1 user accounts. You can request as many as you would like. This would be the most efficient way to manage read-only user access in Enterprise. Additionally, you could work with your active directory admins to create a group of users and add the group to Enterprise. If you enable integrated web authentication on your web adaptor then those users will have a single sign on experience. FAQ: No-Cost Viewers (Level 1 Named Users) for ArcGIS Enterprise Standard and Advanced Use Integrated Windows Authentication with your portal—Portal for ArcGIS (10.6) | ArcGIS Enterprise Hope this helps. Hi Normand - The polygon to line will only break the polygon up into lines (in a new feature class). You would need to add an attribute field for length and calculate it from the geometry of the line. http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/data-management-toolbox/polygon-to-line.htm In regards to mapped length versus deed length....that is more of an internal question for your organization. In my experience working with parcel mapping, we used the recorded deed values for frontages....which didn't always match actual geometry length (i.e. 50 foot on deed, measures 49.25 as mapped). It's probably best to show deed data, but also good to compare that with what's mapped so that you can identify data that is incorrect. In the parcel fabric, the recorded deed length is shown. Adam Z

Hi Normand - In the Parcel Fabric there are lines with attributes for length that are labeled. If you are not in the Parcel Fabric, you could either use annotation or convert your polygons to lines, calculate lengths and then label (even take those labels and convert to annotation). The tricky part is getting the Deed frontage versus mapped frontage, typically they rarely match exactly. Adam Z

Apologies Erika - I failed to realize you were ArcGIS Server based versus AGOL hosted. I was able to publish time-enabled data to my ArcGIS Server, add that rest endpoint as an item from the web, add it to a web map, disable time and see all of the data. What version of ArcGIS Server are you running? Adam Z

The data that you published without time, can you enable time from within AGOL, add to a map, and then disable the time and see all of the data? Does that make sense? The time settings for AGOL layers are on the Details page of the item. Adam Z

Odd. When I disable time in the web map all my data is present. The only other thing I can think of is symbology is not allowing the data to be displayed, or there are filters on the data. Adam Z

Mark - This certainly seems to be a web adapter/IIS issue, however you can also check Portal to make sure it still deosn't think there is a web adapter configured. Log in to Portal Admin, https://yourwebaddress.domain.com:7443/arcgis/portaladmin System > Web Adapters >Machine to see registered web adapters. If what you are looking to replace is there you may just need to unregister it. Adam Z

You could also be dealing with state locks.....check the sde.state_locks table to see what's holding them up. The replica versions that George mentioned would be visible in the sde.versions table. Check those two to see what the hang up is, resolve that, then recompress. Adam Z

If you author the map to use windows authentication, that will carry through to the service creation. As long as the account running ArcGIS Server has access to the SQL Server instance/data the service will render. You will need to register the OS Authentication to the database as a registered database in ArcGIS Server. Adam Z
