Stew - I may have answered too quickly. Robert has a good point. Are you looking for the data to have the values or are you simply looking to have them as attributes? The reprojecting of data will give you actual values for your stored geometries. If you are looking to affect labels then Robert's suggestion below is what you're looking for. To reproject/convert actual z values on true z-aware data there will be an option in the reproject tool to handle the Vertical values. -Adam Z

Okay. You have an existing feature class and a list of where the features should be XY wise, right? Is there an identifier in your XY information that could be used to associate the existing feature class to the correct positions? You could bring the correct positions into ArcMap using Add XY Layer, joint the existing FC to it and then export it as a new FC. -Adam Z

If they are going to maintain their relative position to one another just select them all. You can then drag all of them. Additionally, there will be a feint 'x' in the middle of the selection, this is a snapping handle. If you mouse over it and hit the control key you can move the handle to a specific spot and use it as the snap point while moving everything. -Adam Z

That's interesting. Open each project and look at the processing options for Orthomosaic and DSM. There's a Resolution option for the ortho. The default for Rapid is 4 xGSD where Full (2D) is 1 xGSD. If those options are set, perhaps the imagery isn't high res enough. -Adam Z

Hi Bill - In my AGOL org enterprise usernames have the associated domain as part of the username. I.e. jsmith@domain.com versus jsmith as an AGOL account. The admin could then use admin tools for ArcGIS online to download all the users to a CSV for easier review in excel. https://marketplace.arcgis.com/listing.html?id=c34019b0623041608df4d06970a7a96a -Adam Z

Hi Peter - I would reformat your file first. Looks like the X Y Z coordinates are separated by a comma in a run on string. I would use Notepad ++ to replace the comma and space after it with a carriage return, then replace all the spaces with commas. Then you'd have rows of properly separated coordinates. The coordinates appear to be WGS 84. In Notepad++ Open the CSV file Hit Cntrl H to open replace In the Search mode click on the Extended radial button Find: , (comma and a space) Replace with: \r Then Find: <space> Replace with: , This worked for me. I had to open the CSV in Excel and save it to a new file so that ArcMap would recognize the new format. In ArcMap, add data, add XY data. Field 1 is X, Field 2 is Y, Field 3 is Z. The points drew in Nova Scotia near a Canadian National Park. -Adam Z

I do believe that there is a configuration somewhere for this layer that is messed up. I don't know if it's DB, AGS or AGOL...or Collector fot that matter. I suspect it has something to do with the feature template. When you created the service from desktop, were all of the feature templates established prior to service creation? Once in AGOL, did you adjust the template of the layer in question? I've been wracking my brain on this one and can't seem to replicate it in anyway. Are you using an Android device? Can you test in iOS? My next step if I were in your shoes would be to take that one layer, create a new service in ArcGIS Server, consume it into AGOL and create a webmap. Take defaults all the way up to ensure that it works. If it does then there is something in the other service (AGS or AGOL) that is funky. If it doesn't work then perhaps there is something in the DB that is messing things up. -Adam Z

Just an additional note on moving services in ArcGIS Server. Moving a service in ArcGIS Server (unlike ArcGIS Online) affects the URL of the REST endpoint. So, if you have applications or users accessing the service they will all need to be updated with the new URL. Adam Z

Okay, interesting. Can you double check the feature class permissions? Make sure insert, update and delete are all assigned? Maybe a scale range where the layer is visible is messing it up? -Adam Z

Hi Anthony - welcome to the GIS world! Well, you've already been a part of it, so welcome to the forum. The process you outlined is simple enough, but it is dependent upon one thing, a geocoding engine to place your addresses. A few initial questions: What environment were you planning to use for your efforts? If you are brand new to GIS, I might suggest using Maps for Office and ArcGIS Online for your work. Do you have XY coordinates or just addresses? Do you have access to a geocoding engine (esri has one, but it costs online credits to use)? -Adam Z
