Hi Jamal - use caution when trying to mass reconcile and post. The behind the scenes action is comparing one version to another....I'm not aware of any way to compare multiple child versions to a single parent, although I think that could be a useful tool. In your later post, you were using the batch reconcile tool. Using that with the abort if conflicts are found would be the fastest way to identify conflicts between children of a single parent. -Adam Z

Hi Jamal - the tool as configured will ignore any conflicts (abort if conflicts detected is unchecked) and use the last version posted to the default version. So, in this case during the reconcile process there would have been conflicts between all edit versions, they were all ignored in favor of the edit versions. Then when the POST action occurred, all edit versions would push their edit, the last would be the final say. This tool should be used with caution. I would urge individual versions be reconciled/posted whenever possible, especially if editors are working in the same area. -Adam Z

Hi Sarah, A few qualifying questions.... When you say editing information on ArcMap server 10.2.2, do you mean editing enterprise data (SDE) in ArcMap? Are your ArcGIS Server services accessible externally? Are your ArcGIS Server services secured? -Adam Z

Hi Andriy - Is this the functionality you're looking for? This specific tool is part of the parcel editor toolbar and only works on a parcel fabric. If this is what you're looking for perhaps it will help lead you to a non-parcel fabric tool that works the same way. Assigning sequential parcel names—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop -Adam Z

Hi Sandy - You are receiving this error because you need to install a security certificate to make the site trusted. There are several tutorials in the help to guide you. If this is a production site, I would suggest getting a cert through a certificate authority (CA). Hi Markus - I ran into the same issue. The only way I found around it was to add the necessary privileges to the SDE user and run the upgrade with a connection as SDE. Adam Z

Hi Kc - Can you open a command prompt and type whoami? You should get a result of your logged in credentials. If it returns the same error that you are experiencing with your portal install then you may have a PATH environmental variable problem. The whoami.exe command is in the C:\Windows\System32 directory. Ensure this path (usually %SystemRoot%\system32) is part of your 'path' System variables. Adam Z

Frank - I can see your scene package in ArcGIS Pro and AGOL. It does disappear below the basemap in both environments when you move to oblique viewing angles (Pro right away, closer to the horizon in AGOL) leading me to believe that there is something off with the z-values. What does your raw data look like? Are the Z values embedded in the imagery or do you have a GPS file? Maybe the z unit should have been in meters versus feet.....wrong projection. AGOL Scene: ArcGIS Pro (can only see nadir): -Adam Z

From within Pro, you'll add from your ArcGIS Online Organization. I realize now I should have said scene package for your 3D content. The scene packages may take a little bit of time to render. -Adam Z

Hi John - I would do this process separately for each feature class. Select all the features in feature class A Use Select by Location Set Selection Method to 'remove from the currently selected features in' Target layer: feature class A Source layer: feature class B Spatial selection method: 'intersect the source layer feature' The results are the features in feature class A that do not overlap feature class B You could right click on the layer in the TOC and choose 'Selection' --> 'Create layer form selection' which will preserve the featues in their own layer, so that you can perform the same steps on feature class B Hope this helps, Adam Z

I've seen this before. When a webmap is created with a feature layer that is uneditable you need to open the map and save it again, after the feature layer is changed to allow editing. So, you have a webmap not showing up in Collector because the initial feature layer was uneditable. Do the following: Open feature layer and change settings to allow edit operations Save the changes Open web map that consumes recently modified web layer Save the webmap Web map should be available in Collector -Adam Z
