Hi Shannon - This is the beauty of TNS Names. As long as the ArcGIS Server gets the update TNS File you'll be good to go. Ideally run this in a test/staging environment first, but I've been through this type of migration many times with no problems. Adam Z

Hi Katherine - It is very odd that the items are not available in Portal. I would encourage you to open a ticket with Esri support. In the meantime, you could add the item back to your Portal under your Content. When you add the item from the web, use the https://<your domain address>/server/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer address. This should prompt you for an identity and the option to store those credentials as part of the item. Store the credentials with the item and then share the item with the organization. This is a work around. Thinking through what could have happened....are there other services that were created pre-federation that are also not available? Could the original admin account that stood Portal up have been disabled or removed? Adam Z

Hi Katherine - If you are an admin in Portal, perform a search using the keyword Print and using the Search for Tools option. Then change the ownership of the items to you...or change the permissions from within Portal. Adam Z

You can also just add the ST_GEOMETRY data type to enable the database with spatial capabilities. You would need to manage the spatial data with ST_GEOMETRY functions, and this would be simple geometry storage...no topology, networks, domains, etc. The advanced GDB functionality requires full Enterprise GDB, simple spatial functionality can be accomplished with adding ST_GEOMETRY. This could also be stored in a separate SDE schema and managed separately from business data. Add the ST_Geometry type to an Oracle database—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Adam Z

Hello Olga - There's the easy way, and the longer way. The easiest approach is use the data enrichment analysis tools, which can be accessed in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro. Enrich Layer—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Enrich Layer—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Both clients use the same methodology of data apportionment to calculate the average value when the input boundaries don't match the enriching layer. Data apportionment—ArcGIS REST API: GeoEnrichment Service | ArcGIS for Developers If you only have access to ArcMap, you can use a similar approach, but it would be more of a manual process. Adam Z

For managing larger organizations it's a great tool. They do offer a free version which I find useful in managing an organization that is probably worth your while to get implemented. Try the ArcGIS Online Assistant tool. It's free to use, but the data copy is considered experimental. Adam Z

Hi Stephen - I believe you can do what you're looking for. Logged in as an administrator, click on 'Organization' --> View Status --> Scroll down to Aggregation by Type and select Storage --> then choose a sub type --> Table appears with Size and Credits --> Choose an item in the table --> View item details --> Opens a window of Details which can be downloaded. Hi Tyler - Hopefully this helps. The first error seems as if you are trying to share a web map but you don't have a base map added to the map. When you publish a web map, your non-base map layers are published as a service and then added to a web map with the base map that you have added in your map. If you don't want to add a base map, you can use the share as a web layer option and create a web map later. The second error is most likely due to a base map being added after the other layers of the map. The initial layers loaded to the map will define the spatial projection of the map. All Esri base maps are WGS 1984 web mercator. You will need to change the projection of your map to match the base map and then you should be good. Adam Z

Hi Brandon - This is possible in Survey123 Connect. There is an option called Inbox that allows you to update existing features/surveys. Here's a brief video on the option. Survey123 for ArcGIS: Editing Existing Data with Survey123 for ArcGIS - YouTube Another option is using one of the Crowd Source templates to have content entered and then use Collector to update the features in the feature layer. Hi Travis - .sde files are connection files to an Enterprise Geodatabase. Depending on how you authenticate to the database (OS Authentication versus Database Authentication) the files may not work for you. Do you know what type of relational database your data is stored in? Are you essentially the DBA, or do you have DBA resources available to you? Adam Z

Hello - Yes, you can do this out of the box. When you publish from ArcMap, follow the directions for that environment. This will create either a hosted feature service or a map image layer depending upon the settings you select during publishing. This item will be only viewable to you initially unless you share more broadly during publishing. Next you will move to ArcGIS Online to create a webmap. Web maps—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Once you have the web map, you can share it directly or build an application around it (Web AppBuilder or Template Applications). Adam Z

Common name support was removed at version 58 of Chrome. It will only trust and allow access via https using a cert from a trusted CA. From: https://www.thesslstore.com/blog/security-changes-in-chrome-58/ "Many people don’t know that the “Common Name” field of an SSL certificate, which contains the domain name the certificate is valid for, was actually phased-out via RFC nearly two decades ago. Instead, the SAN (Subject Alternative Name) field is the proper place to list the domain(s). However, this has been ignored and for many years the Common Name field was exclusively used. Chrome is finally fed up with the field that refuses to die. In Chrome 58, the Common Name field is now ignored entirely. This means certificates that were exclusively using that field to indicate the valid domain name are no longer supported. Publicly-trusted SSL certificates have been supporting both fields for years, ensuring maximum compatibility with all software – so you have nothing to worry about if your certificate came from a trusted CA." Hi Luis - There is a way to send notifications using a geoprocessing server and then consuming it into AGOL via a gp widget in Web AppBuilder. Here is a mosquito solution that explains how to do it. I'd imagine you could set this up along with the power of geoevent to send automatic notifications. I'll be looking into this GP tool over the next couple days, in case you want to as well.
