We have discovered a possible work around but it requires you to have Portal implemented. We published our service to Enterprise/Portal. Then added this service as a new item in ArcGIS Online. Then added the layers and tables into a NEW webmap. This allowed us to edit the related tables and add new records. So far, this workflow is working in the Field Maps mobile app. We are working with ESRI technical support and they confirmed this bug. The bug information is only available if you have a technical support call. It will be attached to the ticket in My.ESRI. It sounds like this bug will be fixed in a scheduled release in Q2 which ending soon.

Currently it is possible to have an attachment image included in the embed content widget in Operations Dashboard with some data post processing. It would be helpful to have the functionality include showing multiple images attachments that are related to the feature. Or even better, an image widget or the ability to automate the viewing or access to attachments related to feature.

Currently in the Operation Dashboard Embedded Content, you can show an attached image via have a custom URL. However, the AttachID field needs to be manually added to the feature layer and manually calculated each time a new attachment is added. The reason is that the ObjectID for the feature and the AttachID for the image need to be the same. If they are different, no image will show in the dashboard. It would be nice to have a widget that shows any attachments related to the feature OR to have a way to auto calculate the AttachID instead of having a manual process in place with Arcade or a field calculation script.

My workflow is to add an increment ID with the Attribute Assistant with the AutoNumber method. I was using this in 10.2.1 but since I upgraded to 10.4.1 (SDE still at 10.2.1) adding a point with the Attribute Assistant enabled makes the process unbearably slow. Has anyone else noticed a performance issue with Attribute Assistant in 10.4.1?

I am also interested in this. I'm looking to print out a request using an ArcMap rpt. We are currently doing this in ArcMap but our users hate using ArcMap because it is so cumbersome for non GIS staff.

Thanks Allison. I must have missed this in the documentation first go around. This did work for me. Now if I could get the app to generate a unique request ID other than Object ID or Global ID . That would be so incredibly useful.

I'm trying to implement the Citizen Service Request template for our city to use to log incoming calls. At the ESRI UC the Local Government team said that you can now save the address in the request when a user types in the address with the locator. I'm not seeing this functionality. Is this in a future version or am I just missing something? In addition to this or as an alternative, it would be nice to be able to save the XY for the location as well. I know that I can have the user put an address into a field, but what won't happen is the typed in address doesn't get located on the map unless you re-type it into the locator and typing it into the locator doesn't save the address.

The field is not editable in ArcGIS. I'm looking for a way to do a 1 time update to the field based on the values in another field. I have the users' names in another field that I'd like to place into the "created_user" field. It is a Text field that is automatically added when enabled on the feature class.

Is there a way to change the values in the "created_user" field after a record has been added? I did a mass import to a feature class and the created user is the data owner and schema name "General". I'd like to change it to a person's name or actually multiple people based on another field. The field calculator won't let me change the values and I can't do it in SQL Server or at least I haven't been successful yet at doing that.

I'm designing a report in ArcMap with the ESRI report writer. I'd like to add a map or data frame extent to the report. Is there a way to do this? I've not found a way yet. Ideally, this map would print on the bottom or the back side/second page of the report.

No. I got passed from the Online team to the server team thinking that there was an issue with my service or data. There was a slight issue that was resolved but it didn't fix the zooming issue. The incident got closed and I'm working on getting it reopened. But, I though I'd check here to see if anyone has experienced this.

I've run across an issue and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I have data involved in a 1:M relationship class between a Disease Tree Site and many trees that are on the site. So this is a relate between 2 point feature classes. I created a WAB app that we can use to search the data with different queries like Owner Name, Site ID, Tree species. When I perform the query and click on the results, the application zooms in and keeps zooming in upon click. So if I click on the results again it keeps zooming in and zooming in. I don't have this issue with other data in relationships that are only feature class to table. I've worked with ESRI on this and haven't gotten a resolution yet. Any experience with this out there or any ideas?
