Attachment Gallery widget for Operations Dashboard

Please consider:
In Operations Dashboard, provide the ability to create a new "Gallery" widget for a selected layer, which will display all hosted Feature Layer attachments in a responsive photo gallery.
Photos displayed in this gallery should filter by map extent when an embedded map extent changes.
Having this functionality could help to serve as a replacement for the Crowdsource Storymap (mature) gallery, while providing more functionality when combined with other existing Operations Dashboard widgets.
A rudimentary version of this exists (when adding it as an "Embedded Content" widget) but this cannot be filtered by a map extent. It also requires external web hosting. See attached example.
