Thank you for your reply Thomas. The question was really more about 1 user collecting data on multiple devices. I have a user who has sub contractors as the specific use case. I ended up creating users for the devices because the servers really are not designed for 1 user to have more than 1 device.

I am having trouble finding the process for ArcGIS Collector as opposed to Collector for ArcGIS (Classic). How do I use a tpk in the new Collector?

I found out the answer through trial and error. Where it is technically possible, the servers really don't like it. only one device can be connected to the wifi at a time. it really is a pain. I would recommend against letting users collect on more than one device at a time.

using Collector, If a user collects some data offline on his phone, and then collects some data on his tablet offline, and then returns to the office, how does collector/portal manage the simultaneous edits from different sources from the same user with a hosted feature layer? for that matter, if there are multiple users, and it is a hosted feature layer, how does collector/portal manage those edits? Is this even possible, or do I have to have a referenced versioned layer, and it can't handle edits from the same user from different devices disconnected?

Hello GeoNet community! I have coded Domain values for a set of point features in a geodatabase that I plan to use with a yet undermined data collection app (Collector, Survey123). I created the schema in an empty geodatabase, and created new features with the schema applied before I loaded the data from another source. Most of the fields are short with 0,1,2 as codes for Yes, No, Unknown respectively. two fields read perfectly, One doesn't read at all, and another only shows the codes for 0 and 1 (Yes and No) but 2 shows up as 2. I am working in arcgis pro 2.2.3. does anyone have any idea what the heck is going on?

I have a user who is running an Image Classification using ArcGIS Pro 2.2. As part of that he ran an Accuracy Assessment that includes Create Accuracy Assessment Points and Compute Confusion Matrix. We had a very difficult time getting this to run. Sometime we would get a 999999 error, some times Pro would crash. I believe we found the problem. In the following documents, the field "GROUND_TRUTH" should be "GndTruth": https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/tool-reference/image-analyst/create-accuracy-assessment-points.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/tool-reference/spatial-analyst/compute-confusion-matrix.htm This was found through trial and error. A test of random points was created with the Create Accuracy Assessment Points, and the field created was "GndTruth." When we changed the field name from what is said it should be named to the name generated by the tool, both tools ran smoothly. My question is this: Is it possible to fix either the name of the field used by the tool, or the name of the field in the documentation?

I have data that I would like to line up perfectly. In the past, I have used the align edge tool in the topology tools as a fairly quick and easy way to do this. The dataset I'm working with covers a large area (1:2m scale), so I have all the data projected into WGS 84. In the image I've included, you can see the pink topology edge line doesn't match either dataset. I have made sure the 2 layers shown are the only ones in the map topology. When I try to adjust the cluster tolerance in the advanced settings, everything I enter returns, " the specified cluster tolerance is less than the minimum allowed by the spatial reference ..." Any suggestions on how to get the data to look decent at it's full scale and allow me to match the shapes. The only idea I have is to project my data into a local (state plane) coordinate system, and then re-project it into WGS once I've matched it. But my intuition says there is a better way to do this, and I just can't think of it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Hello GeoNet Community, One of my users has been getting an unusual warning error every time arcmap is launched: "There was a problem initializing the R.Net object. You won't be able to use the ArcMET tools that depend on R" I have looked and looked online, but I can't find any reference to this message anywhere, let alone figure out how to solve it. Has anyone ever seen this pop-up? Does anyone know what it means. Thank you!

thank you so much for your response. I am grateful that the geonet community is so consistently helpful. I am working with Lauren at Esri to figure out what's going on. She has looked at the .dmp files, and found references to null value issues. We are looking into further.

thank you Jonathan, I have not made a support case. I will do that. I haven't tried editing other layers (I'm working on a specific project). it does not crash while editing in arcmap, and my other users have not mentioned crashing, but they don't typically edit layers, and I don't think anyone has moved over to pro... yet. I will be encouraging more pro use later this year (provided I can get it to work).

Pro is crashing while i'm editing. Its getting really frustrating. i've updated my video card, checked my computers requirements (it passed with flying colors), and I've been sending the crash reports. I am editing a line feature class. Nothing that should be causing several crashes a day. I would love any other suggestions on how to fix this. I'm trying to use pro for these updates because the layers are going to go up on portal.
