Hi SaifulAlam. It is possible to dissolve and then concatenate those fields. For the Statistic Type choose Concatenate then you are able to specify the Concatenation Separator in my example I chose a semicolon. For the field you are concatenation you may also need to set up the Merge Rule too. However, I would like to concatenate the last entered note as the first in the concatenation string so that's where I am having an issue. Hope that helps!

Hello. I have a widget controller containing two filter widgets. I want only one of these filters to work at a time because if they are both applied than "No data" appears, which is true, but I don't want the user to do that. My understanding is that if I have the behavior "how many widgets can be opened" = Single, than only one filter at a time would work. It's the filters on the opening page for Current Land-based Zoning Cases or Zoning Ordinance Amendments. Any suggestions? Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks, Shari Forbes

Hello Survey123 Community. I'm developing an application in ExB in which residents can find out about current zoning cases in our city and then they can comment on them. The comment form was developed in Survey123 Connect, specifically so we can use the address validation of the geocode appearance field. It's also set up to prepopulate information about each Zoning Case by using the pull function with a .csv. After showing off the application to the Planning staff, their main request was to have the Survey form already selecting the Zoning Case in which they were interested and had selected from the list widget on page 1. As it is currently set up the Survey widget in ExB is on its own page and residents will have to remember which Zoning Case in which they were interested and choose it from the list. Any suggestions on how to integrate these two? We need an automated solution since the Survey123 form will constantly be updated based on those Zoning Cases under review. Right now we have python scripts updating the behind the scenes .csvs. The existing xlxs form and csv files are attached below. Thank you, Shari Forbes

HI. I have a Survey123 web form that we use annually. This would be the third year so I did a simple "Save As Name 2022" for the survey. We want to open a window of when people can take this survey and when I go to schedule it thru Dec 2 2022, the year 2022 isn't even a choice. Any ideas/suggestions how to fix this? Thanks, Shari

Hi. I'm a total newbie to experience with only the ESRI Learning Plan under my belt and <40 hours of "playing" with this great tool. I've been asked to replicate this Land Hub found in the ESRI Experience Builder gallery about our current Zoning Cases under review. It is perfect for what we are trying to achieve in our Planning Department. My experience builder product is here but what I cannot wrap my head around is when one clicks "More details" in the selected list on the Land Hub example they are taken to a page only about that project (a selection? a URL parameter?) If anyone can send documentation or a "how to" to do that, then we would be indebted. 1. I don't understand how the "more details" button goes to different pages. 2. How the different project pages are created? Is it automated or somehow done within the experience builder app itself? Thanks, Shari

We are developing a survey using the geocode appearance field with our organization's composite locator. We would like only valid addresses to be able to be entered into the address field. The geocode appearance works great for assisting the survey user with the dropdown; however, the user still has the ability to type in whatever they want. Any ideas or suggestions to only allow addressees from our organization's locator would be appreciated

Error: FormLogicError: instance "CWAreas" does not exist in model I've developed a survey in Survey123 Connect (updated to 3.13.249) using the pulldata() function. The .csv is in my media folder and I verified the columns are separated by commas. I have also uploaded the same .csv to AGOL and linked it into the survey as Linked Content in Survey123 Connect. The survey works as desired in Survey123 Connect and the Survey123 app on my phone, but I get the above shown error when in the published survey in the browser with no prepopulating of fields. -Shari
