Hi Doug. I wonder if you can help me. I've got my .csv in the media folder and the pull data function is working great in Survey123 Connect prepopulating the questions. When I publish it to use in the web I get this error "FormLogicError: instance "CWAreas" does not exist in model". In addition, I've uploaded the CWAreas.csv to AGOL and linked it to the XLS form in Survey123 Connect with same error.

This solution worked; however, the "parentglobalid" has to be a GUID field, not a text field, otherwise you cannot make a relationship class with two different types of fields.

Our html tags are showing in our surveys created in Survey123 Connect then opened in the web version. This is new and the surveys used to look correct! Our workflow: Create an editable feature service and publish from ArcServer Secure service in ArcServer Create a proxy service Add proxy service URL to "Submission_URL" field in Survery123 Connect Publish survey to the web Why is this happening. This is happening on all of our previously created forms. (I have well over 100 forms) We are going to roll out these surveys to our municipality as a citywide solution and now they look like this. My xls form is attached.

Deon. Thank you for taking the time to look at my survey and sending me back an improved example. I appreciate the advice about copying into a text file and I try to do that, but that expression had been copied and pasted so many times I am not surprised something went out of whack. Thanks also for the tip about bind:type Every time I do a project with Survey123 I learn something new.

Hello. A few days ago our calculation to prepopulate a field based on the default of another field and worked fine but now we get that java error that I don't fully comprehend. Hello. I'm getting a barely slightly different error. I just verified that my feature service is editable. I am having the exact same issue. The signature is being used in a legal document and therefore must show; otherwise we wouldn't even use Survey123 as our solution.

We want to set Esri vector basemaps as default in our Organization Home page’s setting but it doesn't change our existing maps. Instead, we have to update each web map one at a time. Please find a way to automate the vector basemap to replace the raster base map. This will save tons of time for our organization and others.

Hello. We have tasks on Task scheduler that run Python 3 scripts. I have scripts that had been running fine for weeks just recently not run at all with this RuntimeError: The Product License has not been initialized. I saw your reply, logged into ArcGIS Pro and it is now working. So I guess we have to log in periodically for our scheduled tasks to run? Kind of defeats the purpose of automation. At least they are running again and I'm glad I saw your reply.

To create our survey to edit data directly to a feature class in our geodatabae, we have been following the steps How To: Create Survey123 for ArcGIS surveys that connect to non-federated ArcGIS Server services I recently updated to SurveyConnect 3.11. After publishing the survey in Survey123 Connect, when I open the survey in the Survey123 web application to change some of the settings under "Collaborate" tab we get an error: Item does not exist or is inaccessible. Thanks for checking and working with me on this. So this is correct? ${TshirtS}+${TshirtM}+${TshirtL}+${TshirtXL}+${Tshirt2XL}+${Tshirt3XL}+${TshirtYM}+${TshirtYS} <=${NumberVol} I tried again and I got an error that I need to enter a valid number. I had entered "1". Also I have default values of "0" and they also were shown as Not valid data. Maybe I don't have the equation in the correct field? Which field in the XLSForm should contain the above equation.

Hello. We are using Survey123 forms for volunteers to register for a cleanup event. We are including in the from a place for the volunteer to choose Tshirts by several sizes. I want to restrict the total of the Tshirt values by size chosen by the volunteer to not be greater than the total number of volunteers. (Example: if there are 3 volunteers they should not be able to choose 4 or more tshirts on the form). Each Tshirt by size (example., TShirtS, Tshirt2XL, etc) field is an integer and there is a Total Number of Volunteers field that is an integer as well. I tried this and it didn't allow ANY number. (${TshirtS})+(${TshirtM})+(${TshirtL})+(${TshirtXL})+(${Tshirt2XL})+(${Tshirt3XL})+(${TshirtYM})+(${TshirtYS})<=(${NumberVol}) I feel like I'm on the right track. Please advise.
