Hi @ChristopherCounsell @DougBrowning I have the same issue, I got an error and can't send the survey. I did a test and sending without photos and still the issue. I have the latest version of S123. Also this started to happen in January 2024 ( I have no survey data with date 2024) worked fine before that. I'm attaching the XLSForm. Many thanks Federico

Hi @JamesSerendip1 , thanks for you post, but I can't get my S123 repeat data into google drive excel, I getting only 1st row of repeated data and not the rest. My problem may arise with the Iterator configuration. Unfortunately can find info, step by step, how to configure it. In the Flow control, do I use the Map option or do I need to enter Item 1. 2. 3, and if that the case do I need to enter each field in each item? Many thanks Federico

Hi guys, @IsmaelChivite and @JamesTedrick I would like to create a Survey123 from a feature layer (polygon, several areas in the layer) and in the Survey123 form I would like to have a question select one in which you could select a polygon from the list (polygon 1, 2, 3, 4...) and then add info to that specific polygon. Hi Johannes, I have been working on expression and I encounter some issues, I don't have the functions: "FeatureSetByName" or the "Filter" these are not available for me, I'm also using the $datapoint.datecollected. Hi, I would like help with Arcade, I'm making a Dashboard and I need to count the days that data was collected with Survey123 and show this in a Indicator. Example: in a month I may have 27 surveys, that were collected in 16 days. how can I count this with Arcade? So for instance in a period of 4 months in which the survey was performed I would like to know how many work days and now many days data was not collected make sense? Hi, I'm currently using Make and works great. I have a Q regarding the configuration, in my Survey123 the user sends some data using the mobile app , and later few hours to day, the user edits (add new data) and re send the data using the mobile app. What happens in google sheets, is that the info is repeated, it adds a new row with the same info+ new added data Is there a way to avoid this? Hi @JamesTedrick @IsmaelChivite I have created a S123 survey with a features services (layer polygon, geoshape). I have several polygons with their respective names. I would like the field user to select a polygon from a name list (not from the map) and then the data collected will be associated with that polygon. In the screenshot you can see my table and each named polygons. how to do you recall them in the form? pulldata? Thanks for you help Cheers, Federico

Hi @IsmaelChivite great function, I have a Survey form in which I would like include pre determined polygons with the geoshape function (parcels from several farms) in which data will be collected for each parcel. So in short, if the fieldworker selects Parcel 1, I would like to parcel 1 (polygon) appear on the map, and then the data collected will be associated with that parcel 1. can I do this with select one function? Hi @ZhifangWang, I experiencing a similar problem, I have public Survey123 embedded into my Experience Builder app, when I use my smartphone and enter the location in the map (Survey123), the map goes blank, it work well with any other devices, laptop or tablet. here is he link to the experience: link to experience Any ideas are welcome Cheers, Federico

Hi I'm using Survey123 Connect to design my survey, and then using S123 web app to collect the data. I would like to have one image question to collect max 5 photos, I'm using multiline but I cannot limit the number of photos, if a use constraint it won't work in S123 web app as mentioned by @MJBiazar in this blog.
