This is great news. I hope it stays part of the core for desktop and enterprise server without ever requiring extra extensions or "solutions" to unlock core data management functions. I'm a bit salty that FMV tools were paywalled at Pro.

If you already have the GPX file then you don't need a conversion from feature to create a new GPX file. You will need the GPX To Features tool. From there you can export the table to a csv format to match points to timestamps and prepare your table with the required fields as @CodyBenkelman states. Another approach could be to use a folder of images. An option to use OIC would be to find a tool that will let you extract images from your video (ffmpeg is one) and set the output interval based on frame rate or time; thinking 1 second is default to match GPX log/timestamps. IIRC the Insta360 Desktop editor will let you extract images to a folder. I don't know if extracting 360 images from the video will inherit the native 360 headers to be recognized as 360 photo. Anyhow, these two steps would then allow you to use OIC tools with the .csv file, and the extracted images folder to build your OIC. According to this link video is supported. Hopefully the video process or the extracted images workflow help you in esri and OIC. Mapillary could be an option outside of esri and then you can use a companion widget with a Mapillary account.

It will take some work. I've not specifically worked with the X3 and GPS files but I've done work with phone videos and gpx and I've done work with drone videos and gpx. Buried in esri tools is a fantastic opportunity to use Full Motion Video (FMV). Unfortunately this toolset, when using ArcGIS Pro, will require you to have the Image Analyst extension to enable full functionality. In ArcMap the toolset was a separate extension that wasn't dependent on Image Analyst. Yes this is a big gripe I have with how the licensing now restricts the full FMV integration. Anyhow, what you will want to do is find a method that will match your GPX timestamps with your video duration. FMV was great because it has scripts that allow you to sync the files (video multiplexer) and make the video fully integrated with the camera's FOV and location. The output file from FMV scripts is a specifically formatted video file that is enhanced with location, camera parameters, and timestamps thus making a fully integrated geospatial video. You might be able to accomplish your work with OIC, I cannot confirm success with that. However, you might also be able to use other resources outside of esri and then bring the data into your GIS environment. I have an X2 and the GPS device so I'm willing to give the OIC a try. TBH though I would love to get all of the FMV tools out of the clutches of the Image Analyst extension licensing. (ahem, esri)

What if you also used NAIP imagery? I think that is typically leaf on. There may also be a companion classified dataset for that. USGS NASS is 30 meter pixels, probably too large to help but....The NASS is classified for evergreen, deciduous, and mixed forest.

Are you applying transformations in your ArcPro project and AGOL service? Maybe the service from AGOL is sending images with the default EPSG 3857 CRS and causing a shift between a local project and service.

Any update? This would be nice either within Pro, right click on FGDB, or a GP tool. Would be wonderful to strip metadata and anything "hidden" like GP steps/info. If I'm exporting data to a customer I don't want to include all of that detail. I know I can turn off options to track GP steps but who knows what is hidden. Upvote!

It will allow you to add a vertical CRS but I don't think it will by default enable existing features to be Z aware. Just makes the dataset have a vCRS. Maybe not the solution you are looking for. I just tested it on a non Z feature and it didn't even add a VCRS even though the tool completed with success. The Z and M are still greyed out and the tabs for CRS only show XY CRS. Depending on your GIS data storage you might be able to hack the references in a RDBMS (I did this in MS SQL by altering the behind the smoke and mirrors SDE table info and xml columns.). Maybe someone else can offer a GP solution that will not create new output.

Have you tried the Projections and Transformations Toolbox/Define Projection? I don't think this will force a new copy of your dataset. Defining a project changes the current projection information but does not reproject features.

I've also run into performance issues with ArcMap 10.5 (10.4 and 10.4.1 were a little better). I've had the problems with ArcCatalog flaking out and flickering when I click on database connections. I've seen the performance of ArcMap slow to a crawl. I've seen the mess left behind from ArcDesktop upgrades. Seriously ESRI for all of the money you get from us you can do better. Upgrades should clear old folders. Upgrades should copy anything that might be required or custom (different than default) into a folder for the upgrade version and blow out the old crap. I'm going to try a clean install as recommended here, remove any old folders and nonsense and then install 10.5 again. BTW I'm running MS SQL 2016 and that didn't help with ArcDesktop performance when I upgraded. ArcPro did offer a little hope that I could edit data and open layers with a better response. However; ArcPro isn't prime time and we use tools for the LGIM that aren't available yet in ArcPro. QGIS looks better by the day...

This topic seems to have a lot of traction lately. It might have been mentioned before that using XRay for ArcCatalog will let you do this. However, use caution because anything with a relationship class will delete the relationship--this includes attachments. The reason; it will create a copy of your table with the reordered fields and then delete the old and rename the new to what the old was. It works great just be mindful of relates.

Please provide the sample solutions as .zip files EXCEPT the sample database. The LG solutions all include the sample database; this makes each download large. There should be an option to download the sample database (LocalGovernment.gdb) by itself and the solution files should contain the specific solution files like the .mxd, Application folder and files, .aprx, etc. For example; CampusEditingLG, and AddressDataManagementLG are both .zip solutions that are >226MB. If you want to use both you could download the sample database once and then each solution by itself since the database is designed to support both.

For address management I think the OTB dynamic value rules have a bad expression example. For SiteAddressPoints the rule/expression for ADDRNUM combines [PREADDRNUM] + " " + [ADDRNUM] + " " [ADDRNUMSUF]. I've found that this will update the existing ADDRNUM but append changed values making it incorrect. For example using a duplex with a 1/2 address: 123 1/2; change the prefix to R and ADDRNUM will then update to be R 123 1/2 1/2. I tried different means to compare text, or lengths but couldn't create a perfect solution. I think the ADDRNUM is really supposed to be the core part of the address number and should remain independent of the prefix and suffix. The solution I have is to do the combination in the FULLADDR expression. Trim([PREADDRNUM] + " " + [ADDRNUM] + " " + [ADDRNUMSUF] + " " + [FULLNAME] + " " + [UNITTYPE] + " " + [UNITID] + " " + [ALTUNITTYPE] + " " + [ALTUNITID]). For labeling you can use the VBS expression: Trim(replace([FULLADDR], [FULLNAME], "")) or Python: [FULLADDR].replace( [FULLNAME], '').strip()
