I have 12 people on my team that rely on this service for research and to verify historic deeds associated with easement agreements. We have GIS specialists and surveyors as well, but for basic metes and bounds it makes the most sense for non-GIS users to have a simple tool they can use to quickly verify so the surveyors/GIS specialists can focus on other higher priority items. From a business perspective it doesn't make sense to get full desktop GIS licenses as an alternative for a tool that users didn't need a license for in the past, and it's more than is necessary for the average user, so if there is an updated solution in experience builder equivalent to the old one it will be very helpful.

from the Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder functionality matrix sounds like some kind of equivalent will be planned someday... Parcel Drafter This capability is planned for a future focused editing web product.

I noticed this morning after the AGOL update all my sharepoint links broke. This is the format of the original URL /Shared%20Documents/ This is what it turns into when you click the hyperlink from the popup and the table: /Shared%2520Documents/ It double encodes the % and doesn't interpret it as a space. This is something that should have been caught before the upgrade, or at least let people know of the change if it was intentional.

I have the same issue, a related table in the portal instance is not respecting the title configuration and just defaults to ObjectID. in the old WAB i was able to configure hyperlinks at the title level too, but not the case here either.

in the map tools you can toggle on the compass so that when clicked it reorients you to north, still would be nice to just disable rotation entirely though.

this seems to be a recent change in the last 2 updates to ArcGIS Pro. I have the same issue where the export features geoprocess refuses to respect the configured fields. In my case I have a feature class and join it to a table and export it to overwrite an existing feature class, but when I try to delete fields before export it resets all the fields. I think this is a legitimate bug that needs to be addressed rather than its intended design (otherwise why give the option to remove a field if it won't actually remove it in the export)

you can have a trigger on the map flash the feature (Record Selection Changes>flash), but it's not the same as highlighting the feature with the popup like WAB. In my use case I don't want the layer toggled on, i just want it to highlight the single feature I searched like the old WAB. the Records Created>Show on map trigger doesn't work for layer sources, only locator sources. if there was an equivalent show on map trigger for layer sources that would address it for me (or just revert to the old behavior where the highlighted search doesn't respect the visible layers)

It would be helpful to have an option in the search widget to set a default layer to search from instead of defaulting to all layers. In most cases our users will just search an address but want the option to search for our organization specific layers, but because the default all layer search takes so long to go through they are required to uncheck all layers and select the geocoder every time they open the viewer. It would save some time and confusion to configure the widget to default to the layer (or layers) they typically use. eg: This is the current behavior: This is the desired behavior: here's a quick mockup of adding it to layer source settings. may also be helpful to allow multiple default layers if people prefer a default set but still want additional layers as needed.

Subgroups would be useful in my case where I'm not the data publisher, rather my maps are an aggregate of various map services. Having nested groups would greatly improve the usability of my layer list.

as another update, behaviour reverted in ArcGIS Pro 2.6 so the workaround above is again needed if you wish to retain internal spaces when copy/pasting contents of the HTML popups.

Just an update for anyone else who comes across this - it looks like the issue was fixed in ArcGis Pro 2.5. I don't know if it will also be fixed on ArcGIS online, I'll have to check once our enterprise environment is updated with the new beta.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try it out on the web map, it still doesn't seem to be working on ArcGIS Pro for the expression in configuring the popup (when clicking on a parcel using the explore button)

I have some parcel data that has more than 1 space between the Township/Range section and the Lot eg: 1N1E36D -00100 However in both ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online the popup strips the internal spaces to just one space. 1N1E36D -00100 I have tried arcade expressions to get the popup to render the internal spaces correctly to reflect how they are in the database: Replace($feature.PARCEL_APN," ","nbsp") but it shows this instead: 1N1E36Dnbspnbsp-00100 * note I used the correct syntax, i just used the incorrect syntax here so it wouldn't render as spaces The popup always strips them after the expression calculation so it doesn't matter what I do in the expression builder for configuring the popup. This also happens in ArcGIS Online as well. Am I just missing the sytnax or is this one of those it's a feature not a bug kind of things?
