It would be helpful to have an option in the search widget to set a default layer to search from instead of defaulting to all layers. In most cases our users will just search an address but want the option to search for our organization specific layers, but because the default all layer search takes so long to go through they are required to uncheck all layers and select the geocoder every time they open the viewer. It would save some time and confusion to configure the widget to default to the layer (or layers) they typically use. eg:

This is the current behavior:

This is the desired behavior:

here's a quick mockup of adding it to layer source settings. may also be helpful to allow multiple default layers if people prefer a default set but still want additional layers as needed.

Yes!  We have just created a  new app for our users in Experience Builder.  But the performance is really slow as the search defaults to searching all layers when we would like to default it to just searching our properties layers which is the most common search.  Users can then turn on other layers if they need to search on them.  Please make this option available.

A possible work around is to create two search bars (one for property, one for all other layers) but that is definitely a bit messy and not as clean as being able to chose the default search layer.
