Oh yep you are right, that fixed it. I'll mark your original reply as the solution. I had hesitated earlier because when I first set it to white Pro showed essentially the whole area as white. The second time I tried it, Pro showed it as you described as did the PDF. Thank you!

Thank you for commenting! I've tried both of your suggestions without success unfortunately. @RTPL_AU, It seems that adding the hillshade to a group and setting the group to do the blending instead of the layer did not work, although maybe if we went with the route of transparency instead of blending we could get something useable. @Melissa_B, We were already using the Mask setting in symbology with NoData being set to no color(so not being colored), but I did mess with setting it to a color but as you can see in the attached image everything besides the raster is considered NoData so it is not going to work for us with blend mode etc.

I'd like to discuss the new export raster as single tile feature when exporting PDF layouts in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 and the issues surrounding raster content. There have be conversations about this in the past but I thought I'd start a new one now because 3.5 is out and my issue is specifically talking about Blend Mode. Here is the most active thread I have read through. Look through my notes and let me know if you've experienced the same issue I would love to hear from someone at ESRI about this behavior and the expected results. For reference here is what the release notes it states about the Export raster content as single tile setting: "You can use the Export raster content as a single tile option to avoid thin line artifacts between tiles of transparent raster, rasterized, and vector tile layers. These artifacts appear in some viewing applications for PDF and SVG exports." Original Issue: The original issue I was hoping this new setting would fix is the boundary of our raster poorly blending into our layers. We use Multiply blend mode with a hillshade raster that purposely only goes to the border of our parks so they pop-out in contrast to the surrounding neighborhood and other parks that our park district does not operate. Pdf attached with "_335" in the title shows this. The workaround to change Adobe Viewer settings that I've seen mentioned is not something that we can do as the maps are for public consumption. There are some other workarounds we've played around with such as using a line layer that goes on top of the blend layer that is the exact shape of the hillshade using raster domain. New Issue: Using Pro 3.5 I have just tried out the new export setting with the same layout and the result is rather strange and does not resolve "Original Issue" I mentioned earlier. The new issue is that the coloration is completely off from what it shows in ArcGIS Pro, that makes it unusable. See attached pdf with _35_rastersingletile" in the title to see this.

@RussRoberts Thank you for such a quick response. I'd like to point out that this ArcGIS Idea is for being able to filter to current year and not necessarily just support for relative time filters (which are still an amazing addition). With an 11.2.1 ArcGIS Server feature service in ArcGIS Online (standardize queries enabled) I am only able to do "In the last" and "not in the last" queries for a date-time field, which does not allow me to specifically filter to the current year. With that I'll assume that this feature is still on the horizon and will wait eagerly for its arrival. Thank you, Brett

@RussRoberts Can you clarify the current status for this Idea. Here is my understanding below based on your last comment. Date Time field in Portal/ArcGIS Online -> No support for filtering to current year Date Only field in Portal 11.3 and ArcGIS Online (including portal features collaborated to AGO) -> Support for filtering to current year Thank you, Brett

FYI @JohnathanHasthorpe & @Amanda__Huber Here is the idea I made that asks for real-time tracks / field maps equivalency / on-device tracks. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-quickcapture-ideas/on-device-tracks-layer-for-quick-capture/idi-p/1587982

As requested by @JohnathanHasthorpe in https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-quickcapture-ideas/arcgis-quickcapture-reduce-location-tracking/idc-p/1587901#M332, I am creating a separate idea for my comment. We have users that are using Quick Capture in a moving vehicle and they need to be able to reference where they have been in real time to influence where they are going next. My request idea, is that Quick Capture should have Tracking equivalency with Field Maps and allow users to view "On Device Layers" for tracks. This is the feature that allows users in Field Maps to view their tracks in real time. Since we do not have the ability to view "on device layers" we are required to pull the tracks service into the map, which is dependent on the upload interval. Attached is an image showing on-device layers in Field Maps in use.

@Amanda__Huber thank you for making this post. This is a much needed enhancement for Quick Capture, but I'd like to add that the upload interval is only part of the issue for viewing live tracks in this app. Being able to view "on device layers" just like you can do in Field Maps is 100% needed for Quick Capture. This is the feature that allows users in Field Maps to view their tracks in real time. Since we do not have the ability to view "on device layers" we are required to pull the tracks service into the map, which is dependent on the upload interval. Please ESRI, bring Field Map tracking equivalency to Quick Capture!

I would like to request that ArcGIS Pro support exporting a Map Series to formats other than just PDF. I am currently interested in AIX, EPS, and SVG but the other standard formats would be helpful as well. There is a need to create multiple documents in a vector format. Specifically for us it is to create signage for our park district and we are creating 100 unique you are here sign maps for each park. The current workaround is to manually or use automation to convert pdf to eps after exporting to pdf with ArcGIS Pro. If anyone knows of a workaround way to use python to manually switch between each page of a map series and export each one as an EPS inside a for loop, I would also be interested in learning that. I am familiar with arcpy.mp, but I'm just not sure how I would go through each page and set it as the active layout in order to export that active page layout. @JeffBarrette any idea if this workaround is possible? Thank you

Hey Everyone, Although it looks like some of you have noticed this behavior since before version 3 it was first logged with support on version 3.0.3. I have gotten the BUG information regarding this issue and I pasted it below.
