Recently learned that in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 when you type out a url in a layout text element, Pro will automatically: make it a link, change the color to blue, and underline. Of course this is standard practice for links and ESRI does have a documented workaround here (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-apply-different-colors-to-hyperlinked-text-in-a...), but it is still nuisance that there is not a simple way to remove the hyperlink especially since the documented workflow did not work for me.
So my idea is that ESRI provide a "Remove Hyperlink" option when you right click on the text element like most text editors out there.
