Hey Travis, We had problems with our domains coming over also. You need to setup "feature templates". Here is some good reading on how to do it: Manage feature templates—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Thanks, Luci

Hi Travis, Do you have already setup that is populated with Yes or No for inspection state of the hydrant? If not, you need to set one up and then you can change the symbology based upon whether the field is Yes or No. Luci

Hey Yohan, It looks like you are using the temporary graphics of the measurement digit as graphics in your map for printing. The print service is trying to reach where they are stored in the ArcGIS javascript api location. Try setting up a custom MarkerSymbol and SimpleLineSymbol in the measurement digit params whose location is on your local server. Thanks, Luci

Hi Laura, We have maps shared with groups that can be opened in Explorer for IOS (ipads, ipods and iphones work fine for us) or Android (various phones and tablets work fine for us). We have maps where the layers are hosted at ArcGIS Online and some maps where the layers are from a rest service behind a firewall which requires a VPN connection before the user can see the map. What type of Android device(s) have you tried? Thanks, Luci

Hi Rickey, In an older version of My Government Services, ESRI has the following code which would be around Line 73 in the new version of default.htm
div style="width: 75px; margin-top: 7px;" class="customButton" onclick="HideSplashScreenMessage(); ShowLocateContainer();">
It calls the "ShowLocateContainer" function from Utils.js after someone closes the splash screen. I am not sure if the new version has that function in the Utils.js or not. If it does not, I can post that function also. Thanks, Luci

The features I am searching for are in different wkid than my basemap. In my app, I set the outSpatialReference of FindParameters to the wkid of my basemap and everything works as it should for API ver 3.13 What version of the API are you using? Do you have a snippet of the code you are using? Are you using a grid to display the results? If you are, do you have a row click handler? If you do have a row click handler are you zooming to the extent of a polygon instead of a point extent - or vice versa - they are different. Thanks, Luci

Hey Stacey, Make sure the two lines in the config.js file for the Occupant look like this: //Name of the occupant OccupantName: "ADDRESSEE", //Fields of the occupant OccupantFields: "SITEADDRESS, SITECITY, SITESTATE, SITEZIP", I don't know why they formatted those fields differently than the AveryFieldsCollection but they did. Notice the ADDRESSEE is by itself for Occupant. Remove the " marks in the OccupantFields - Only one " at the beginning and one " at the end. Thanks, Luci

If you are using the claro css, you can change the background color using css. If you are using a different one than claro, just substitute that name in the syntax below. claro .dijitTitlePaneTitle { background-color: #C0C0C0; } Luci

When the "Occupants" box is checked, it uses a different field list. In the config.js file, change the following to the fields you want in your label: //Name of the occupant OccupantName: "Occupant", //Fields of the occupant OccupantFields: "PIN,HOUSE_NO,HSESUF,STREET,ST_MD", Thanks, Luci

The config.js file sets all of the map and query parameters. So as long as you are setting the proper map to query and the fields in that map to use for the avery labels then all should work. This is the part of the config.js file that sets the map that will be queried. // Map Services for operational layers TaxParcelPublishingLayer: "yourRESTlayerNamegoeshere", When it queries the above rest layer, it will snag whatever fields you have in this part of the config.js to fill the avery label. In my case, I use different fields also and everything works as it should: //Fields for Avery labels AveryFieldsCollection: ["OWNER_NAME", "ADDRESS_1", "ADDRESS_2,ADDRESS_3", "CITY_NAME,ST,ZIPCODE"], Hope this helps, Luci
