I can't find anything in the help files. I have over 2000 credits in my account but get a message saying I don't have enough credits for a really straightforward join of a CSV file to around 900 polygons. Thanks. join tool‌ arcgisonline‌ credit usage‌

Hi Ismael It looks like you can only take your maps offline using the Survey123 Connect route. Can you take maps offline with the Survey123 Web route? If not, are there plans for this? Thanks.

Do you need to use the layer from the geodatabase? If not there a few other ways to create a feature service: How to create a hosted feature service | ArcGIS Blog I usually create my feature services via the Developer site, which always works well.

To check, go to the feature service details page, click on Edit and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a series of check boxes, one of them allows editing.

Hi I can create great maps in AGOL, but I can't print out the map with a legend, scale bar, title and north arrow in the same way I can using desktop. This would make it much easier to communicate spatial data and ideas correctly. Regards Jason Note: Users can currently create a custom printing service in ArcGIS Server to create custom printing templates for use in ArcGIS Online. This idea also refers to this capability being available in ArcGIS Online without the use of additional products.

Hi In desktop I can use pie charts and bar graphs to symbolize data on points and polygons. This is a great way to communicate multiple data items in an easily understandable way. In AGOL at the moment we can only use one data field to create proportional symbols or unique values. Regards Jason

Hello I use the 'Paste from a table' function to import data a lot, but I have noticed that over the last few days this function has stopped working. The process moves through the sequence of events to import the data but when you click on Import the data does not appear on the map, but a new layer is created in the TOC. I have tried different web browsers and different PC's to eliminate any local reason for the problem with this function. The same data can still be mapped by navigating to the file, so there is not a problem with the data. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Regards Jason Sawle Esri UK
