Hi Andrew - I can view it in ArcGIS Pro just fine, but not SceneViewer in ArcGIS Online.  Following the pro instructions to share a web layer do not work as pro states "this command is currently unavailable.  You are not signed in with an ArcGIS organizational account that has publishing privileges or the layer you have selected cannot be published. " The user account is a publisher that can publish hosted tile layers.   Sharing a web scene from pro to Online works, and the thumbnail image for the scene shows 3D tiles, but when opening the scene in scene viewer in ArcGIS Online the google 3D tiles layer has a red x on it, and a hover message that states, "the 3D tiles layer description was invalid"  and the layer does not display. Creating a new webscene and adding a new layer from URL and specifying the URL as "https://tile.googleapis.com/v1/3dtiles/root.json" and then adding a custom parameter of "key" and providing the google API key also does not work, and scene viewer reports the URL is not valid.  Are there any obvious things I am missing, or any more specific documentation for how to show the google 3D tiles in scene viewer in ArcGIS pro? Works great in ArcGIS Pro 3.5!  Question - the blog shows it in Scene Viewer and mentions a Google 3D Photorealistic Tiles Basemap.  Did this become available in the June 2025 ArcGIS Online update?  I can't find it.   Thanks! JB   ... View more

Hi @GauravJobanputra  - Thanks for the tips: I have tried it 10 times now following those instructions, and I still get the same problem:       I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1, and "Create Indoors Dataset", and then following the instructions at the link above.    One inconsistency in the instructions is that step 13 says "Leave the Enable Sync checkbox unchecked." but I can't "leave it unchecked" because it is checked, presumable because of step 7.   I have tried checking it and unchecking it in ArcGIS Online and get the same problem.  Do you think my floor filtering settings in the web map look right? Also step 2 of the instructions has a problem - it contains a link to verify if the map is floor aware that describe how to do that in web map viewer in ArcGIS Online, but by Step 2 of the instructions, you have not yet shared the web map to ArcGIS Online and are still in Pro.              ... @AndreasEugster - dashboard already has it built in.  Just add the header element to your dashboard and then you user can sign out from the menu button on the far right side of the dashboard header.  ... View more

Okey dokes, looks like I am out of luck and stuck with WAB for now.  Also custom zoom scale does not work in this scenario either - it works on search but the near me widget seems to then take over and zooms in super close the ground so all I see is the address point, and no other features, not even any streets.  Just a blank map with a single dot on it.  I hope in the future Esri adds the "Return intersecting polygon" feature from WAB near me into EB near me.      ... Unfortunately, that just will not work for my case.  I used a county boundary layer in my quick example here as it was quick to find.  My actual polygons are service areas that don't necessarily follow county boundaries or any other zonal attributes of the world geocoder service.  Even if counties sort of worked for me, that would introduce a strange new data management requirement and I would have ensure county names in my polygon data are exactly the same as coming out of the world geocoder service, not to mention boroughs and parishes, and some service areas I have extending into Canada or Mexico.  I have tried setting search output location as input to Near Me and can get the polygon to select, but not zoom to extent of polygon.  The map zooms to the search feature (i.e. the address point).             ... It's impossible to attribute the polygon features with all possible geocode results inside each polygon, and polygons may intersect many address feature zonal elements like postal code. So there is nothing to reliably match on, other than intersecting geometry of the address feature with the polygon features, which does not appear to be possible in EB.  For example, how to accomplish this WAB example in EB? WAB near me widget has a setting called "Return intersecting polygon(s)" that is not available in EB.       ... View more
