Add custom CSS option for Experience Builder online, similar to custom CSS feature in ArcGIS Online site builder.  Often there are little things we need to tweak (mostly hide), and going to developer and creating, deploying, and managing custom EXB apps and widgets just to make a very small cosmetic change is not feasible.

That would be very helpful, currently the provided styling options are very basic and allowing to add custom css will make the styling so much better. 

I would be nice to also add custom html, like in Sites or Hub.

Absolutely...We must be able to set the portal with the companies colors and stylesheet. Also be able to make it less bland !
