Yes, I am org AGOL admin, have tried with 3 separate org accounts: Creator/Admin, Creator/Publisher, and Mobile Worker/Data Editor and get the same error. It does appear to login correctly at first as after signing in the Navigator app shows our org's AGOL "access notice" popup which we normally see after successful login but then get "Sign In Error - missing expiration date" and does not log in. If it matters, we are an older AGOL org, like 10+ years, thanks for looking into this!

I see ArcGIS Navigator access is now included with particular user types (cool!) instead of needing a separate license, but when I try to log into Navigator with an org account with Creator user type (which should be able to use it), I get an error message that says "Sign in Error - Missing expiration date." What does that mean and how do we fix it? Thanks.

Since old Esri "Story Maps" are being retired Q1 2026, are there any tips on how to search and find instances of them in our ArcGIS Online organization? As one of our org's admins, I'm hoping to find any that may exist and point them out to the account holders. Thanks.

Hi, I’m confused about Hub download settings. We offer a few thousand public datasets for download via Hub. Currently, it seems when users download our datasets they get latest cached download, if present, but then after downloading they are presented with “A more recent version may be available” and “Request new file” options, presumably because Hub isn’t sure if the cache was latest version? In reading other help about this, it sounds like it is recommended to “enable editor tracking” on individual layers to help Hub determine if latest cache is outdated, but it seems that setting is only possible to be enabled for publicly editable datasets, which ours are not supposed to be. Thus, what is the easiest way to configure all our datasets to default to offering our users the latest versions? Is that part of the "what's coming" options? Thanks.

Yes, thanks for the clarification. The new Hub user type still appears to be a downgrade from Creator, thus is there any mitigation for Hub Premium users that are losing many Creator accounts? Perhaps giving more Hub user type licenses in lieu of the user type downgrade? Thanks.

Creator user types include an ArcGIS Pro Basic license, does the new Hub Community Member user type still include an ArcGIS Pro Basic license? Thanks.

Apologies if I missed this, but I'm confused, if we want to do this upgrade but have thousands of open data feature services, do we need to enable "Extract Capabilities" for each feature service item in Hub? Is the "Export Data" setting on the item in ArcGIS Online the exact same thing? If I recall correctly, doesn't enabling that allow anyone to download the layer in different formats directly from ArcGIS Online, thus somewhat nullifying the need for a Hub/open data site? Or, does the "Extract Capabilities" option only expose it on the Hub side? If enabling "Export Data" is the same thing, perhaps one can use the free GeoJobe admin tools to batch set it on many layers? Some additional questions/feedback: 1.) Can someone point me to the projection/coord system setting location for open data sites? I can't find it, and I recall weren't there 2 options, either Web Mercator or the native format (or was it Geographic)? 2.) It would be great if there could be raster download capabilities, it still seems for most, if not all, raster layers shared to open data, a user can basically just view or open it online but not download it locally, or at least not the entire dataset. Thanks for any help or insight!

Is there a blog/matrix/document somewhere that compares functionality differences between Drone2Map and Site Scan Manager? i.e. besides the obvious local vs cloud processing, what tools or options are uniquely offered in one or the other? Are they both using the same processing engine now? I’ve noticed Drone2Map now has a separate DJI Camera Support add-on for thermal imagery – is that also in Site Scan Manager by default now? Thanks..

I heard from Esri support that 3.4 release is expected around end of November (hopefully sooner), and yes there will be a new ArcGIS license manager as well (presumably 2024.1) for concurrent use licenses.

I am very interested to know if and when there will be a 3.4 release mostly because we are using concurrent use licenses (yes, aware they will go away in about a year) and will likely need to upgrade the ArcGIS license manager software at the same time.. we also need to upgrade to version 2024.0 to officially support 3.3, but I'm hesitant to do that if 3.4 and 2024.1 or 2025.0 will be released soon.. I'd rather wait for that.. any intel or insight would be greatly appreciated! I also found the following link to a list of previous release dates which at least as of today is more up to date than the wiki article mentioned elsewhere in this thread: FAQ: What Are the Build Numbers for Releases of ArcGIS Pro? (esri.com)

This is definitely still happening for me, today My Esri has a maintenance notice banner at the top (see attached) that points to a blog post in the Community, and first time I clicked it just went to the Community home page, 2nd time it went to the blog post. Y'all might want to consider not posting such type of notices in the Community until this is fixed, thanks.

Hi, looking for clarification on what the ramifications are if after publishing drone imagery to ArcGIS Online via Site Scan Manager or Drone2Map (i.e. Tile Package gets transferred to ArcGIS Online and then published to Tile Layer (hosted)), what happens if you delete the Tile Package source afterward? I've seen conflicting info with some documentation saying there's no dependency, but others saying if you want the hosted Tile Layer (hosted) taken offline in apps (Field Maps, etc.), that the Tile Package still needs to be available - is that true? Thanks
