I am very interested to know if and when there will be a 3.4 release mostly because we are using concurrent use licenses (yes, aware they will go away in about a year) and will likely need to upgrade the ArcGIS license manager software at the same time.. we also need to upgrade to version 2024.0 to officially support 3.3, but I'm hesitant to do that if 3.4 and 2024.1 or 2025.0 will be released soon.. I'd rather wait for that.. any intel or insight would be greatly appreciated! I also found the following link to a list of previous release dates which at least as of today is more up to date than the wiki article mentioned elsewhere in this thread: FAQ: What Are the Build Numbers for Releases of ArcGIS Pro? (esri.com)

This is definitely still happening for me, today My Esri has a maintenance notice banner at the top (see attached) that points to a blog post in the Community, and first time I clicked it just went to the Community home page, 2nd time it went to the blog post. Y'all might want to consider not posting such type of notices in the Community until this is fixed, thanks.

Hi, looking for clarification on what the ramifications are if after publishing drone imagery to ArcGIS Online via Site Scan Manager or Drone2Map (i.e. Tile Package gets transferred to ArcGIS Online and then published to Tile Layer (hosted)), what happens if you delete the Tile Package source afterward? I've seen conflicting info with some documentation saying there's no dependency, but others saying if you want the hosted Tile Layer (hosted) taken offline in apps (Field Maps, etc.), that the Tile Package still needs to be available - is that true? Thanks

Trying out Atlas template with some Living Atlas live feed layers and some of org's basic 2D content (simply point and polygon layers), but when switching to 3D nothing draws. What am I missing? Do the layers need to be prepped or enabled in a certain way to display in the 3D option? Shouldn't Esri's own live feed layers (such as USA Current Wildfires) work in this template in 3D as well as 2D? Thanks for any insight.

Update: As of today (6/28), this now seems to be fixed, both Creator and Professional ArcGIS Online user type accounts are working successfully with Named User licenses for ArcGIS Pro, so perhaps the previous errors were early glitches? And I guess that means for the time being, our users holding such accounts can either use the Named User or our existing Concurrent Use licensing.

I switched to an account of user type Professional instead of Basic and it seemed to work to run ArcGIS Pro as Named User, but then I tried switching back to an account with user type of Creator instead and still trying Named User, and now I get a different message "number of licenses exceed number available..." (see graphic). Any help figuring this out would be appreciated.

Our org has been using Concurrent Use ArcGIS Pro licenses (Basic and Advanced only) for many years and also has many ArcGIS Online org account user type licenses. With the June 2024 update, we see that some org account user types are now described as also including access to ArcGIS Pro, for example: ArcGIS Pro Basic for Creator user types, and ArcGIS Pro Standard for Professional user type. However, when I test this with ArcGIS Pro (after switching licensing to use Named User instead and signing in with an account with Creator user type), I get an error "An unknown error has occurred. Contact your organization's administrator to check that your licenses are valid" (graphic also pasted below). Is this expected behavior for orgs with Concurrent Use licenses? i.e. is there an error because we already have another form of licenses (Concurrent Use) and they're redundant, or should we now be able to use either Concurrent Use OR switch to Named User now for our users who have the appropriate account user types? And by "organization administrator" do they mean our org's person who manages Esri licensing (like me, but I have no clue how to fix this), or our Esri customer service rep person? Thanks for any insight.

Looks like I never got a response to this, so am attempting to bring attention back to this, any Esri support folks out there? Thanks.

Thanks for finding the other thread, I have now posted in that other thread (referencing this thread) that it no longer appears "solved" and hoping Esri can look into it further.

This is not solved, it is still happening to others such as myself and per other respondents in this separate thread (assuming when you click the link it doesn't go to the home page, ha ha). Esri support folks - please try again to fix this as it is very inconvenient when trying to share Esri Community content to others, thanks!

When I share links to others to particular posts or discussions in the Esri Community, the links only work properly about half the time. Specifically, half the time it will go to the correct post/discussion, but the other half of the time the same link will just go to the Esri Community home page, which is confusing, because I think sometimes the recipients of my links experience that same behavior and may assume I'm asking them to find the post/discussion from the home page which of course is unreasonable. Does anyone else experience this problem? If anyone has insight on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the additional info. For more context, we have some Mavic 2 Enterprise drones with thermal, but I don't believe they are the later-released "Advanced" model, and we also have some older Zenmuse XT thermal cameras we've adapted to use with a Matrice 210 and/or Inspire 1v2 drones - if we wanted to create thermal (true radiometric/temperature) orthos from these cameras, we would be able to do so in Esri products, if so, which apps? Is it just that with the newer DJI models listed above they've gone to a newer proprietary format which requires the add-in compatibility installer, but thermal imagery from older DJI drones can still be processed without that add-in? Thanks.

Good news, thanks! I also noticed this is available for ArcGIS Pro 3.3 as well. Question - we use both Drone2Map and Site Scan Manager for processing our drone imagery - does Site Scan Manager also include this same DJI thermal camera support, or is this support unique only to Drone2Map 2024.1+ and ArcGIS Pro 3.3+ amongst Esri apps? Thanks for any insight.
