I've got an idea.  I don't know if it'll work but could be worth a try.... Wrap each of your HTTP Get Modules in an iterator and aggregator.  You already have that for the second one so all you need to do is the first.  Yes, I know there is only one file, but it should create an array aggregator with just that file. You should be able to add a new attachment to your email module.  The first one can get that single file, the second attachment can reference the array aggregator of multiple files.   Here is an example I use.  I am attaching two files: the first is a barcode image, the second is a PDF attachment. Right now we are doing inspections using both Field Maps and Survey123.  A user selects a space (indoors), clicks a link on the popup which fires off Survey123.  The survey is completed (as a related record to the space) and then fires off an Integromat Webhook.  Integromat evaluates the inspection information and determines if it's a pass or fail.  It also determines who the responsibility party is.  An email is then generated and send to the responsible party with a feature report. Ideally, we'd like to reproduce this entire workflow in Field Maps and not have to use two separate apps. Another use case would be doing Call Before You Dig requests in the field.  Once the CBYD is collected, email off the form to the applicant and internal stakeholders.  This is something we are doing with S123 now and would like to do with FIeld Maps. ... Is there an estimated release date for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9?  (or, will it be 10.9.1?)  We are looking forward to upgrading our current installation of 10.6.1 so we can take advantage of the Field Maps Web App however would rather not go to 10.8.1 only to have to do another upgrade if it's right around the corner. ... try creating two new fields "BP_SIZE" and "BYPASS_SZ".  See if either or both of them work.  I wonder if that is somehow a reserved word.  This might help determine that. ... View more

Is the problematic field name a reserved word? You could try removing that field from your survey for testing purposes and see if that fixes the problem. ... View more
