Hi Kate, The exact manner of connection really depends on what system you are trying to comment to and your overall workflows. You can use Manager to update attributes on the report which can trigger an email to be sent, or which can trigger the details of the report to be copied into another system, or which can simply flag an item for attention in the same layer when viewed in Collector. The Workforce team has scripts that can be used to copy features from AGOL feature layers into the schema required for workforce, and we are looking to extend these in the near future. Additionally we are working with partners such as Cityworks to set up connections between ArcGIS layers and their systems. If your client is using another CMMS, and one that cannot read ArcGIS layers directly, I suggest looking at the ArcGIS API for Python to export the contents of the reports feature layers into a format that can be read by their CMMS. -Allison

ok - We have only seen this issue consistently with the Plateau theme. We are working on a fix, but in the meantime, you should be able to work around the issue by choosing a different theme.

Jennifer Smits Yes, you can make the box larger by editing the popup configuration of the related table. 1. In the web map, click the three dots that appear when you hover over the name of the table and click Configure Popup. 2. In the popup configuration panel, click the Configure Attributes link. 3. Choose the field you'd like to expand and choose the Multi-Line TextBox Type from the Editing settings on the right-hand side of this window. You can also use this panel to update the field aliases shown in the form, the order of the fields, and other didsplay settings. -Allison

Thanks for pointing this out! Syntax is correct on the Solutions site, but incorrect in the comments in the script. I'll get this updated to avoid further confusion

The measure tool would give you the distance between the two, but not the buffer capability. I'm not aware of other widgets might fit what you are trying to do here, but there are many more out there than the few I work with. Perhaps if you post more about the must-have pieces of functionality you are looking for, others can chime in with suggestions of other widgets that might work. -Allison

William Jackson Thanks for the feedback! You are correct that no distance information is displayed when only one feature is within the buffer. We can look at adding this value to the attribute display in the future. https://github.com/Esri/election-widgets/issues/346 In the meantime, if you enable routing on your widget you can get a much more accurate travel distance value than the estimated 'as the crow flies' distance that is shown in the feature list. For instructions on doing this, please see steps 5-7 in this doc: Near Me widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Tip: You may need to turn routing off on your map, save it, and re-enable it for the options listed to show up in your widget configuration panel. -Allison

Hi Shari, I saw the message you are referring to when I peeked at your app on Friday, but when I went to take a closer look this morning it seemed to be working fine. How did you resolve this? Allison

Allen Scully: I am seeing this behavior as well. Looking at your config and services, everything appears to be fine, but I have a theory as to what might be happening. This is an old version of the My Gov Services app, and I suspect that when we wrote this, it was before https was very prevalent. It might be that the app is looking for values that start with http://, and if the value in the field doesn't start with that, it's appending it to the beginning. To test this theory, could you perform the following tests and answer the following questions? Is the property owner service the only one that has urls in the URL field that start with https://? Could you try removing the https:// from the start of the value in the URL field of the Property Owner service? I suggest testing just one property to start. Refresh the app and locate the property with the updated URL. Does the updated link work? -Allison As a side note: If you are interested in updating to the latest My Gov Services, which is a configuration of Web AppBuilder, you (or others who come across this post) can find it here: My Government Services | ArcGIS for Local Government

jleuenbe It sounds like you've done everything right, so I suggest contacting Esri support, or your local distributor to figure out what is going on. Both the basemaps solution and the data sources tool are fully supported.

The information displayed in Near Me is pulled from the popup configuration. Try editing the popup for the layer so that only the fields you want displayed in Near Me are visible in the popup. Save the map and refresh your app. You should now see only those fields that were visible in the popup when you look at the results of your Near Me search. Information on configuring popups: Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Allison (PS: you might want to try this on a configuration where you have not altered the code. Code alterations are not necessary to change the display of information and may have unintended consequences with regards to the steps I've outlined)
