Hi David, Thanks for that. I am starting to come up to speed with the apps, but have not got into the development side of things yet. I am aware that more of the widgets from Web AppBuilder will be incorporated into Experience Builder in incremental updates, and as you mention the time slider is on the list. Did you have a rough time frame in mind? Cheers, Mark

Hi Peoples, Is there a Time Slider Widget for the new Experience Builder in AGOL? I have an app developed with WebAppBuilder that I want to convert over to Experience Builder. Is there a Developer sample - could look at development. Cheers, Mark

Hi Peoples, We have a layer hosted in AGOL that we use in Collector project, specifically for when we take the project off line. We would like to overwrite the layer on a periodic basis to update it with the newest data. The schema will not change, we just need to truncate the feature class, and reload a new set of features. What is the easiest method to achieve this? Cheers, Mark

Hi Peoples, I have a raster dataset in a file Geodatabase that contains a Raster Attribute table defining additional fields for the raster. When I identify on the raster, I am able to see the additional fields associated with the cell. I can create a new mosaic dataset, and I can add the raster to the mosaic. However when I identify I am unable to see the additional fields. Therefore, is it possible to add a raster dataset containing additional fields in the attribute table, to a mosaic dataset and have the identify return the field values? If so - how is this achieved? When I added the raster to the mosaic dataset, the Raster Type I chose was 'Raster Dataset' - is there an alternative I should have chosen to enable this to work? Hi Peoples, Chrome plans to gradually enable strict-origin-when-cross-origin as the default policy in 85; this may impact use cases relying on the referrer value from another origin A new default Referrer-Policy for Chrome: strict-origin-when-cross-origin This appears to be the the cause of the problem. To get around the issue one can: Open Chrome In the address bar, navigate to ‘chrome://flags/#reduced-referrer-granularity’ Disable the option for ‘Reduce default 'referer' header granularity’ Cheers, Mark

Hi Peoples, We are getting reports from our users of an error message: 498 Invalid Token (Esri) Returned by ArcGIS for Server. Code 498 indicates an expired or otherwise invalid token. It is only occurring in Chrome. Same user, same machine, different browser - works fine. We appear to have narrowed it down to Chrome 85 update, which was released 14 days ago and coincided with when reports started. If a user reports the error, and installs Chrome 80, the problem goes away. They upgrade to Chrome 85, problem starts again. What is weird is two people can be sitting next to each other in the office, works for one, not the other. Same OS and windows patches, same release of Chrome 85. Person not working logs onto computer that is working, works fine. Is anyone else seeing issues with the Chrome 85 release and Esri tokens? Chrome Platform Status Cheers, Mark

Hi Peoples, I have a large raster dataset with a raster attribute table. The identify takes around 10 seconds, which I would like to improve. Any ideas how this can be achieved? If this were a vector feature class, I would be looking to tune the spatial index. Don't think this applies for a raster. Cheers, Mark

We tried adding the raster to mxd and publishing. Does not work. There are many ways to store raster and many ways to publish. Raster can be stored in sde, file geodatabase, or stand alone file. Can be published as raster in mxd, an image service or mosaic. Lots of combinations. What works for people? To make things trickier, our server is on linux. There appears to be bugs with swapping data source for rasters. Does esri support publish of raster with attributes? If so how? Not simple raster either. 800,000 unique values in join. Enhance WMS Capabilities of ArcGIS for Server to reflect unique layer IDs defined by a user in their MXD, as is currently possible with map services. WMS layer IDs are not preserved in ArcGIS Server. What this means is that as we add and remove layers from an ArcGIS Service, the WMS layer IDs may change. Anyone that has a WMS layer added to ArcMap, or are referencing the layers through business applications will potentially have the layers break every time we add or remove layers. ENH-000096784: Enhance WMS Capabilities of ArcGIS for Server to reflect unique layer IDs defined by a user in their MXD, as is currently possible with map services.] When we publish feature layers to ArcGIS Server, the map documents are set to preserve layer and table IDs. Set up the map document to preserve layer and table IDs Map publishing considerations WMS should use these.
