I think there has been recent changes in Organizational Account (AGOL) of ArcGIS for Personal Use, where ArcGIS Pro licensed through "GIS Professional Advanced" User-type, rather than the Add-On license of ArcGIS Pro. User Types: ArcGIS Online  Recently, I found (in my ArcGIS Online Organizational Account), "GIS Professional Advanced" user-type. This worked perfectly fine for me. By the way, X is Lon, and Y is Lat. JayantaPoddar_0-1627185732483.png   Remove "LatDMS" field from the attribute table, if it already exists. Could you recreate the model from scratch, and test again? Restart ArcGIS Pro, if required. Let me know if the issue persists. A Note: Unless you recreate a feature class every time in a model, "Add Field" is a one-time process. Looks like it has a limitation of upto 10,000 records. So, it took the values of first 10,000 records sorted by ObjectID. I couldn't find any documentation on this limitation. @KoryKramer : Is this a known limitation, or a bug?   For a test, I dissolved the Feature Class based on "ACQ_DATE" and "ACQ_TIME", assuming the "AGE_HOURS" and "AGE_DAYS" are same for this combination (*but you will lose other attributes which differ within this combination, e.g. "BRIGHT_TI4", "FRP", etc.).
