Hello Gosia, I think the severity of pollution level is better mapped using graduated symbols rather than buffers. In case you want to indicate the pollution level for the whole area of interest, you could use any interpolation technique for the same. (*Spatial Analyst extension would be required). Hello Raghunandan, You could try the following steps 1) Create a buffer using the line features with a specified linear distance. Buffer—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop 2) Use spatial join to add the values of the buffer layer to the point layer. Join Operation parameter should be JOIN_ONE_TO_ONE (Edited). The output should be the point features containing the attributes of both the layers. Spatial Join—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop 3) Open the attribute table of Spatial_Join layer. Right-click the Line_Field_ID (as per your example), SUMMARIZE. Specify an output table, and click OK. The resulting table should display the desired output.

It depends on what folders you have deleted/ or have you uninstalled it completely. Further details would help. Meanwhile, try installing it using ArcGIS 10.2.2 for Desktop setup media. If you come across the option to repair, do it.

Hi Daniel, If you have created a feature service in ArcGIS Online (Check My Contents), you could export it as a feature class. For this, you can sign-in to ArcGIS Online from ArcMap (File > Sign-in). In ArcCatalog, expand My Hosted Services (<Organization Name>), and Drag-and-Drop the service from Catalog to Table of Contents (ArcMap). Right-click the layer > Data > Export Data (Define the path and name of output feature class).

Good point. In that case, Turn off all the layers in the MXD. Just turn on a layer or two (e.g. AOI boundary). Save the MXD. Turning on all the layers consumes a lot of time in drawing the features.
