Hi Ajit, I think the High Resolution Imagery BaseMap (Even I am not getting it on my ADD BASEMAP list) takes up the World_Imagery service of Esri. You could use the Imagery basemap instead. Just found a link of High Resolution Imagery on Living Atlas of the World | ArcGIS .by Deane Kensok​. Check the details in the link for further information.
