I'd like to recommend that the ArcGIS Pro Layer to KML tool have the same behavior as the ArcMap Layer to KML in regards to how domain descriptions are maintained.  ArcGIS Pro is not maintaining the domain descriptions, while ArcMap does.  This makes ArcMap preferable when exporting KML.  This is an everyday task for a lot of people so a fix would be very desirable since we really want to migrate to Pro.  This type of issues would prevent me from being able to recommend that people use it.   Has anyone else seen this where ArcGIS Pro domain descriptions are not included in the KML output?  The documentation does explain how using the Environment Variables and Conversion Table to Table tool will add the descriptions by appending the fields with d_ and populating with the description.  That is not going to work for me because my fields names are very confusing and I rely on the alias.  Retrieving the alias and deleting the old fields before converting KML seems unnecessary since it works in ArcMap out of the box.   The situation is that exporting to KML using the domain descriptions without modifying the schema is possible in ArcMap but not ArcGIS Pro. ... Hello, I've been developing with python for several years and don't recall having this issue before.  When I set breakpoints at the PointsToLine_management function call, the debugger stops.  When I click run, it continues all the way through the script without stopping on any other breakpoints.   I am able to step through the arcpy function line by line, but stepping out or over does not return me to my script and hit the next breakpoint. It seems that the debugger context is not getting set back after returning from the arcpy function call. I am using Visual Studio Code so that could be the source of the problem.  Is anyone also using VS Code to write/debug python? Thanks! ... View more

The Utility Network Package Tools have an export Asset Package GP Tool that is supposed to be used to load data into the enterprise GDB.  When adding data to this FGDB asset package, the GlobalIDs all appear as {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}.  When applying this asset package to the enterpriseGDB it fails because of an invalid GlobalID. Does the data have to be appended to the enterpriseGDB first to get a GlobalID? If the Asset Package is being used to load data, should the GlobalID field exist in it if it is unable to create them? It seems like a bug somewhere either in the database or the GP Tool that is not enabled GlobalIDs correctly. ... View more

Hello, I had a question from a coworker who uses FME Desktop regularly as well as ArcPro and ArcMap.  The question is this.  Does the Data Interoperability extension for ArcGIS Pro get updates periodically to stay relatively close to the FME updates?  My thought is that since it is an additional install that it would not be included in the regular ArcPro updates and patches, and I don't think I've seen updates released for the extension in ArcMap or ArcPro. Hello, I am in the process of configuring Data Reviewer for Server to share a data QC review.  The reviewer service is not starting and I am going to be walking through the information I have and maybe someone can help?  In the below image, should the extensions say 10.6.1 and not 10.6?  I did an in-place upgrade of the server from 10.6 to 10.6.1 and uninstalled all extensions before installing 10.6.1. The DRS configuration utility completes, but the reviewer map service does not start.  When attempting to start through the Server manager I receive the following error. The Reviewer workspace exists in SQL Server on the same machine as the GIS Server.  The folder containing the sde connection file does grant the GIS Server Account with read/write access. I've even added the ArcGIS Server account to the SQL Database with data read and data write. Anyone know what could be causing the issue? ... View more

Hello, I've downloaded the stormwater solution Asset Package, Changed the Spatial Reference (which creates an empty Asset Package), and Applied that Asset Package to the Staged Utility Network.  After the operation completes, none of the A_, B_, C_ rules tables were created.  Did this happen because the Asset Package was empty, or is there a more serious issue that I need to address to have these rule tables applied from the Asset Package?
