You'll want to go into your server/apps/ directory (underneath where you have installed the web appbuilder files).  You should see a series of numbers pertaining to the apps that you already have within WAB DE 2.1.  For each of these, you'll want to replace the LocalLayer entry in the "widgets" directory.  Depending on the previous iteration of the LocalLayer widget, you may have to redo the config for the latest iteration. ... I took a look at the latest release (2.1) and noticed that there is not the capability (at least through the GUI) to select which layers to display within the legend.  Is there something that I'm missing?  I also looked through the widget.js file for the legend and it looks like this wasn't implemented either.  Any thoughts? ...
