Thanks for the new capability. Is there the potential to add embedded content to the slideshow, such as embedding elements of operations dashboards or other applications? Just thinking of something akin to the story map series.

Brian, Could this be the case because I have an initial splash screen showing on that application? Also, is there the ability to disable that prompt without taking a hit on that application? The app mentioned is using the old public information map template solution on AGOL.

I'm working with default Hub and noticed that the site constantly loads and centers to the embedded content versus the top of the Hub page by default. Occasionally, the page is also unresponsive. I'd appreciate any comments/thoughts on what may be causing the issue. Here's the site: Oregon Office of Emergency Management

I updated the logo, but yet it does not fully display and at times does not display at all. What time of image did you use? Did you modify the height and width? Can you send a screenshot of the image of it not displaying and the settings for the image under content? Image type is png, did modify the height and width - 55px x 55px and set to auto Builder view: Live view: Preview view: Colors modified using the interface do not display appropriately when the user adjusts the browser window - shows default colors when that is done (and same case for any images that are updated) Did you modify and change the color on all three screen sizes? In this template, you would need to for those changes to come across because each screen size has its own settings. I did not change all three screen sizes. Is there a way to have one change propagate to all sizes? Opportunities for enhancement: It is not clear how to update an image on a list or a subordinate window - possibly allow the user to double-click that to figure out the elements on that page? Maybe I'm missing an input or user guide on this? If you select the image in the list widget then on the right-hand side the panel will display as long as it isn't collapsed. We are working on improving the subordinate window. Images in the list widget or either dynamic or static, if it is static, it is the same image for the entire list. Another option is you can click the list widget in the outline and select the image widget as well. If it isn't simple and direct, we need to simplify it. Looks like selecting it now highlights it in the main view and vice versa. Clicking on an item in the outline section should highlight that in the main view. Can you record this behavior please as I am not able to reproduce this? If you're in live view, it will not highlight the widget. I've tested out the builder thus far using the online template of map viewer. Here's some of the issues and comments that I have thus far from my experience using the experience builder (pun intended): What didn't work: I updated the logo, but yet it does not fully display and at times does not display at all Colors modified using the interface do not display appropriately when the user adjusts the browser window - shows default colors when that is done (and same case for any images that are updated) There is not a way to see all the widgets to include without adjusting the view scale of the browser window - ie I don't see a scroll bar to see the rest of the widgets that are available Adjusting the selection trigger for the list does not update - ie I updated it to zoom to the location, but it still only highlights it Opportunities for enhancement: There should be the ability for a list to automatically filter similar to the operations dashboard It is not clear how to update an image on a list or a subordinate window - possibly allow the user to double-click that to figure out the elements on that page? Maybe I'm missing an input or user guide on this? Clicking on an item in the outline section should highlight that in the main view Can the icon for the list use the layer icon from the service? I will say so far that it is nice to be able to switch between 2d and 3d and I'm curious to see how this is implemented to match the other tools available with web appbuilder. The concern I have there is that this might clog up the options a bit when trying to select the appropriate action or widget you want. Also, is this going to usurp the operations dashboard solution?

Craig, Just followed your steps and still have the issue. I can see the project, but cannot get into it by clicking on it - the app crashes at that point. I'm running it off of ArcGIS Online with the latest version (17.0.1)

Acer B3-A40 Android version 7.0 Kernel version 4.4.22 App downloads fine, but keeps crashing when trying to load the project. Tried disabling location tracking, default basemap is the topo basemap (not custom). Thoughts?

I'm working on testing out the new WAB developer edition and I'm running into an issue with the infographic app template sample. When I try to access it, I'm unable to make adjustments to any widget areas and it states that I can't view the content. Here's what I'm seeing on my map: Any thoughts on what is causing this issue?

I'm starting work on updating our web application to the latest iteration of Web Appbuilder and I'm noticing that the KML files are preventing our application from loading fully, or at the very least taking an exceedingly long time to load. I did not have these issues with earlier versions of the developer edition and local layer widget. I'm using the developer edition v 2.10 as well as the local layer widget v 2.8. The specific errors I'm getting are: From what I can tell, it looks like this might be related to the llw.js file not recognizing the KML type, but I'm not quite sure. Any thoughts?

I'm curious to see if someone could help - I'm looking to extend the situational awareness widget to utilize layers not found within the webmap. For example, we have a search utility currently that will search layers not loaded in map as opposed to taking the performance hit of loading all those layers when the map loads. Any ideas on how to modify the situational awareness widget to add this functionality? Is this on Esri's radar for an enhancement?

Heard back from Esri today on this - this is already in their system as an enhancement request (ENH-000099082). They do not have a timeframe for when this will be implemented, but I'll keep an eye on it and post an update when I hear more.

I have tried this out in the latest iteration of web appbuilder and the issue is persisting. When I open the webmap in ArcGIS Online, the updated time extents are there when turning on the webmap, but the updated time extents do not display in web appbuilder. Has anyone been able to correct this issue?

The data from the feature service wasn't showing in IE. I did some digging and found out that my browser was forcing compatibility view based upon group policy (forcing IE 7). After switching to the more recent versions of IE emulation (8 and above), it appears to be displaying. Thanks for the reference in the dojotoolkit. I thought I would pass it along in case someone else had a similar warning.

I'm working on writing an app using the 3.18 version API and there appears to be a notification for Chrome (and a resulting no-show on IE 11) for the portion relating to the dijit text box. Here is the specific notification I'm getting: From what I can tell, this is pertaining to the JS file from the API. Is there something else I should be using for the text entry in the text box.
