Hi Kylie Donia, is this fix still scheduled for the next update? Any word on when that might be?

James, Do you know how soon? Trying to decide if I should wait or re-publish my surveys. The problem does occur in a repeat. There was a field label that was the same as the repeat, but changing that didn't seem to fix the issue. It seemed like the word "Text" in the field name was the problem. If I have some time over the next few days to double-check if the label was the actual cause of the issue I will report back.

I think I found the issue. The report doesn't like the fact that "Text" is in the field name ${RemarksText}. If I publish a new survey using an existing xlsx (and changing the name of that field) the report will work.

See attached screen shot. I have several users who cannot generate reports (different surveys, but all are set up the same). These are existing surveys with existing templates that worked before today. The RemarksText field exists in the survey within a repeat. Could this be related to the 3.3 update? Update: I was told by Esri support that there is nothing they can do to help me since reports are in Beta. I have many reports that were working previously but now fail after the 3.3 update. James Tedrick and Philip Wilson do you have any ideas on what may be causing this? The field that's failing is in a repeat.

Can you post the spreadsheet? I am beginning a project that will really heavily on the inbox, so you have peaked my curiosity. Is the survey published on AGOL or server? Is the initial survey submitted via app or web? If app what platform? Also, is that field populated when you look at the data on the S123 website?

That was my thought as well (maybe workforce doesn't support multiple fields). Try putting that same URL in a web map popup and see what happens. I know for a fact that multiple fields are supported in web maps via browser and Collector.

How locked down are the machines? Try re-installing Survey123 as an admin, maybe the uri was not properly registered during install.

The URL parameters are not different for Windows. I'm able to launch surveys from a web map on Windows 10. I haven't tried via web app but I don't see why this would make a difference. Have you tried a different browser? Whenever folks in my org have issues Chrome doesothe trick 9 times out of 10.

Why not create a new survey combining the two? Assuming you used survey123 connect to build the existing survey it would be pretty simple to add all of the existing questions to a new survey.

It would also be helpful to add individual layers to a web map, instead of an entire feature service.

I have a particular survey where this keeps happening. I can't download the defalt template for this survey, I just get a message that says "Error". So I tried to build a simple template on my own and I get this error. Any ideas James Tedrick?

You need to configure a custom popup. See this blog post for the basics: Crafting custom attribute displays in pop-ups To make the attributes look nice you can instert an html table. Beware that only basic HTML attributes are supported (for example, class is not supported for <td> or <tr> so you need to style inline. Example: <table style="vertical-align:middle;">
<tbody>
<tr><td style="color: #888888;font-family: Arial;padding: .25em;">AssetID</td><td style="color: #333333;font-family: Arial;padding: .25em;">{AssetID}</td></tr>
</tbody>
</table>

The description on that bug is confusing, but I think this is causing me to have the same "The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint" error.
