I've noticed that at times, submitting a featuire report job takes a very long time to finish (sometimes > 20 minutes). This is intermittent, but becoming more frequent.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Seems like a thing that's happening this morning, though status.arcgis.com is showing everything working as normal.
Are these reports being generated on ESRI servers?
I'm getting reports from our users as well - for some larger surveys they can't download the reports at all
I currently have three different surveys running and cannot download reports from any of them. Not getting any error messages. Just the hourglass, and stuck at 'Creating... 0%'. It seemed fine yesterday.

Well glad it's not just me, but unfortunate that we're all haivng issues. I finally had some jobs complete (I just let them spin for an hour) and there were multiple zip files generated. I'm wondering if something is multiplying each export job and overloading the servers?
Yes - I'm also now getting multiple zip files generated for the same reports.
@JamesTedrick is Esri aware of the issues?
