In this case, running the synchronize process again at a later time when the server is up is all that's needed. Under other circumstances, the errors can indicate a more complex problem. In these cases, a service administrator can get more information by checking the server logs. What the client should do: The sync API is designed to be fault tolerant, so attempting to resynchronize is usually a safe option. Mike, from what I have seen, I do not think there is a way to group layers in Pro and have those groups stay in tact for ArcGIS Online map viewer. Are you talking about grouping layers from the table of contents, or something else? It seems to me that once the layers are grouped from the new AGOL map viewer, and you republish from Pro to AGOL, the grouping should stay. Yesterday I checked it in Chrome, Firefox, and Brave browsers and all returned the same results. Today I just tested it in Brave and it was black. I suppose refreshing my cache could help.  Ah, a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) solved that problem. Thanks for looking into this! ... View more

Rob, It is my understanding that Arcade expressions are not fully supported in the regular dashboards. ArcGIS Dashboards Beta has support for Arcade. This is an old thread but I think that it would be helpful for this question to be addressed a little more clearly. For example, I want to publish a feature class to ArcGIS Online but I would first like to know how large my service would be before it is published (so that I do not eat up too many credits and so that I have an idea of how long it will take to upload and publish). What happens when you use a different browser? Also, clearing all your browser history and cookies could help solve these issues. Has this worked in the past? I have not tried another basemap but I need the aerial imagery for the ground truthing (though, I suppose I could choose just the imagery instead of the imagery hybrid). For the scale, I want my users to be able to zoom in as far as they can so I choose "Room" as the lowest level. Since I got hit with size restrictions, I could not make my image scale that wide, so it was something like this:   (though, I do not really remember, it could have been smaller like "Rooms to Room"). I suppose the vector part of the hybrid is what is eating up my space! It looks like to try another basemap, I have to go into my web map and save it again with a new map as my default basemap, then I can try to save it again.
