Wow that is an amazing looking dashboard! Great colors and symbols (plus awesome filtering). It looks like your "County" element at the top right is a list element and I wonder if you could just add the rest of the counties (which might be adding like 14 more layers, or some other more intuitive way), but that is what I would do to play around with it.

Ashleigh, This sounds like a fun project to tackle. Can you share a link to your dashboard? I do not know how to do this the way you are thinking (and not sure it can be done out of the box). However, the way I would do it would be like this. Have a map with the top layer as the whole region symbolized the way you want. Then have a list element with each county listed. When the user clicks on that county then have the map be filtered to just show that county. On the map, each county could be under the region and symbolized appropriately. That all may not work just like that without some tweaking but that would be my thought process on it. But I'm curious to hear what others think.

Hey Eric, If you were able to successfully enable attachments, like you mentioned in your original post, then the above step should work. I had a similar issue when I used the Attribute tool and Select tool - I did not see the + Add for the attachments. I then realized that the dataset I wanted to select was not actually selected. Can you uncheck the visibility of ALL the layers in your map except for your geodatabase layer and try again? As for getting an error about only supporting geodatabases, please make sure you are only and truly selected a geodatabase. If you are selecting a geodatabase and getting this error, I would suggest closing out of all ArcGIS applications (and/or even performing a restart) and trying again.

Frank, Depending on which version of the book you have, you can download the exercise materials here: https://learngis.maps.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=15704076642f428685a4c7338bcc9b1d&view=list#content

I am guessing it's a privilege thing like Jayanta mentioned. I am not sure what kind of privileges a Geo Advanced Professional has but this is what I see from an admin side of things (of the mainly default user roles): Only the "Admin", "Facilitator", and "Publisher" are the default roles with publisher privileges. (In my case there is also a Publisher Plus but that's a custom role).

I like those threads and where they're going! I hope it works out with the deep dive into Arcade (that begins to get a little over my head when it's beyond a few lines!).

I am not quite sure that this is possible with a simple list (as far as I know). I have done something similar but it took quite a bit of manual entry. In my dashboard we're looking at parcels of land and where each one is in the ROW (right of way) progression. So each parcel has a "stage" and each stage has a couple of "statuses". This is what I came up with using a combination of an Indicator for the count of each Stage and a Serial Chart to show the count of each Status within that stage: The "issue" is that the data has to line up properly in the table in order to make this work correctly and I had to manually put in each type of "Stage" indicator. Which isn't bad when it's only 5 stages but still. Maybe something similar to this could be done?

Right, that is understandable. That was what I meant about a script that ran every so often, like once a week (or once per day), that would take all those KMZs/shapefiles, convert them into one big happy geodatabase feature class, and then publish that data to the web, or wherever it needed to go. This is all hypothetical of course and based on many moving parts!

Yeah, that makes sense. Is the Google Earth data in a cohesive KMZ or so? If so, one could possible write a script that converts that KMZ into an ArcGIS feature class on a scheduled basis and then work with that data.

I haven't really had this experience but need to ask, are all the rasters in the exact same coordinate system? If not, this could be the issue. When the layers were converted to rasters, was the same resampling technique used (like nearest, bilinear, or cubic)? Also, in the Mosaic Colormap Mode, could you try using "Match" instead of the default "First" and see if that makes a difference?

John, I am assuming that you might not be able to find this very easily. In my experience, to get that kind of information, I have to go to each county's recorder office to obtain and sometimes it costs money. Are you looking for a nationwide dataset, or a smaller/specific dataset?

Natasha, How are you trying to represent this on the dashboard? Are you wanting to utilize one of the elements to show these data (like a pie chart, bar graph, number, etc.)? If so, which element and what do you want it to show exactly?

Andy, Are you wanting to add the text as free text to a layout in order to print or export to a PDF? Or how are you wanting to add your text? In the Layout, you go to the Insert tab and pick from the Graphics and Text options on how you want to add the text: Also, take a look at this: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/layouts/add-and-modify-graphics-and-text.htm If you are still having questions on how to do this, you will likely first have to insert a Layout. This link will help with that, then you can follow the instructions above: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/layouts/add-a-layout-to-your-project.htm

Eric, Have you followed the instructions from the following link on how to add an attachment? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/edit-file-attachments.htm#GUID-DBB2786B-5674-4447-910E-DD7B5A187AAC In there, if I have an attachment enabled feature class, and select a feature, I have the ability to add an attachment from the + Add button:
