Laura, Like Chris, I have seen this before and there is no good answer (I wonder if ArcGIS Pro makes this better...). I usually just trust that the labels/text are all there and try to refresh my map every once in awhile. I double check to see if the text is there by exporting the map to a PDF or so (and if that doesn't work, maybe export to an image file). You are an administrator for your ArcGIS Online organization. You aren't the hosted feature layer owner or the administrator, but the owner or administrator has configured the hosted feature layer to allow others to export the data. Hi Dan, I found that a cheap and easy way of doing this is to Open ArcMap Perform the buffer geoprocessing service (with all the criteria you want in it) Let it finish Go the Results tab (Geoprocessing menu --> Results) Find the successful task that just ran Right click on it and Share As Service. Hi Dave, When you are publishing your map, I presume it is from ArcMap? Also, when publishing, do you have a basemap loaded into your table of contents? If you are not wanting to publish this basemap (and likely you do not want to), then remove the basemap before publishing (don't just turn it off, remove it from your TOC). ... View more
