Stacey, If your file geodatabase is on your server and you publish it as a map service, is it editable then?

Brandon, That is unfortunate. Is the geometry getting messed up with a certain way that you are cutting the polygons? Or does it happen with any and every cut you make? How are you cutting polygons? Are you cutting out donut holes or just slicing across the middle or so?

Rebecca, This is some good information. I tried with and without https/http as well as ste.html, etc. But I will continue try many more combinations when I get a chance again. My main issue is that I want to publish my data to this 'server' from a different computer than what the server is on. Though, I'm not sure how to make that initial connection to the 'server' computer (which is why I am trying to log into server Manager just to see how to make this connection).

Rebecca, I appreciate the extra info. I am excited to try this /admin/login route but unfortunately I just realized that I will not have a VPN connection or a LAN connection until next week sometime. (though, it does work if I remote into the PC and try it!) But, to be clear, are you saying you use the computer's name as opposed to the computer's IP address in place of "<machine>"?

Hi Rebecca, Thanks for the reply. I wish it were that simple. I tried this https://192.168.0.126:6443/arcgis/manager in Chrome and Firefox and both times the connection timed out. I can see the entire C drive on that machine if I look in a Windows Explorer folder by typing in \\192.168.0.126 . Everything is "shared" on that PC but I am not sure how to get in it from another PC on the same network. Are there other permissions I need to 'activate'?

Hi Ramy, Could you essentially just add a link at the top of your screen with the instructions from Robert's post here: https://community.esri.com/message/610788?et=watches.email.thread#comment-610788 And then maybe customize the style of the link by going through the steps here: Create a new style for a theme—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers (making it look button-like). Hi Everyone, This may not be a viable option but I wanted to hear the ideas of the GeoNet first. I have ArcGIS Server (Standard Workgroup 10.4) installed and licensed on a local computer on my company's local area network. I can get to the server manager on this computer by going to https://localhost:6443/arcgis/manager/site.html . How can I access this server manager from another computer on the same network? I know the PC's local IP address and have tried all sorts of combinations of accessing this from another PC but have had no luck. I can also see the PC's files by typing in \\and the IP address, etc.. Is this sort of thing possible? Thanks!

Hi Jared, What do you mean by increase the pixel value? There are a couple of resources out there for editing pixel values: Raster Pixel Editor | ArcGIS Blog Manually editing pixel values in ArcGis? How ? I would also suggest posting this in the Imagery and Remote Sensing place on the GeoNet.

Mark, I would imagine that you could create an attribute field that is called Flag (or something similar), have it be a yes/no value, and if "yes", then you could have your symbology represent a flag icon versus your default point (or however you have it set up). Is that kind of what you are looking for?

Akinwale, I would suggest clicking on the link and walking through the setup process. I have not done this with a non-Google site but I presume it can be accomplished. You will need a Google login (like Gmail). I am guessing you would just sign up for the Analytics account and then list your story map URL as your website. Then maybe you could have people on the GeoNet test it to see if you are getting hits from around the world. If this is successful, share it on GeoNet so that others can see what you did!

Hi Renee, Does this help? Survey123, Collector and GeoForm (a quick comparison) There are many similarities and some differences. If you have more form-like attributes that you fill out per ticket, then Survey123 is likely your best bet.

Robert, I really appreciate your reply. Can you kind of explain the 'best' process to take when utilizing the WAB Developer Edition? From how it looks, create a map in the WAB, make changes in the Builder GUI part, and then export this map. From here, make changes to the underlying code in the exported map, but if needed to grab something else from the WAB in Builder-mode, go back into the WAB map, make those changes, export again, and then find the code changes and apply to the original exported map. Is that kind of what the workflow is like? Does that even make sense (reading it back seems confusing to me!). Is the main purpose of the Developer edition to briefly touch on the developer tools in builder-mode and then do most of the modifications behind-the-scenes (by modifying the js, html, css, etc.)? Thanks again.
