I tried a Join in Pro and it displays [Different Values] in the fields. You can see below as the Locations are the same it shows the Location.

In ArcGIS Pro. I have a point feature that contains site locations. They each have a unique LocationID (Maximo Location to be specific) I have a table that is downloaded from Maximo that contains all the active Project #'s The projects #'s table contains asset numbers and the device name. There will be multiple unique asset numbers with the same project # I want to be able to update Install Date and Status on the Project #'s table. To that end I have created a relationship of 1 (Site Locations) to many (Project #'s) based on Location. When I start an edit session the relationship works and I can edit the fields I need to edit in the Project # table However, I have 1606 unique sites. I only have 26 unique location numbers in the Project # table. I would like to know how I can create a definition query to only show the Site Locations that have a relation It would work with a Join, but a join will not show a many

The data is stored somewhere. Most commonly an SDE database. We have our Portal set up with datastores and redundancy etc. The Portal still needs to find the data somewhere. We have it in an SDE Oracle database on our company system. The map service was created by someone with all 40000 raster files being referenced. Somewhere there is an MXD or Pro Project that was used to create the service. In any event you should still be able to access the rasters wherever the database is that is storing them and add them. Unless that is the raster dataset does not belong to your organization and you are adding them from a web service. Such as in my location we can add raster air photography, which itself contains many thousands of rasters. In this case you do not have the option of loading specific rasters without the proper permissions from the owner.

For one reason or another MXD's do not often transition from one very to another very well. First try running MXD Doctor on and Document Defragmenter on the MXD. What I have found works best is to start a new mxd. open your existing mxd. go to layout view. Using select elements select everything in the layout view. Copy and paste into the new empty Layout

I would suggest trying to find some data that is relevant to that particular STEM university and making a story map based on analysis that you create using that data. Say for example you are presenting at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Do a story map of the different areas where some of their students/staff have received research grants and showing the parts of the county or world involved. Make it personal to the university.

Actually this has been built into ArcMAP since I started using it with version 9.3 Open the Layer Properties and click on the Selection Tab and click on the with this symbol. Then change the symbol to what you want. Whenever you select a feature in that feature class it will change. I used this technique for my first GIS presentation back in 2002

Is it an ongoing thing or something you need to do to clean up now what you have? Are you looking to find features where ALL attributes are duplicate or find those that have at least a single attribute duplicated. Do all feature share the same geometry?

You should not change the extension of the filegeodatabase to .zip. Rather you should use a zip utility like Winzip or PKUNZIP to zip it up. Windows thinks the database is a folder
