Probably because you are using a product that has not been supported for 10 years (9.3.1) and the extensions have been updated make better use of the processioning capabilities of the more updated software. You may need to simply upgrade to 10.7

I am wondering if there is a way to extract a report to see a List of all Feature Services and the Feature Classes they are drawing from. More importantly to be able to pull up a report for a specific feature class and see what service it is serving in.

In ArcGIS Pro you can list items in your Contents by Data Source. Helpful but limited. as it ONLY shows the Database the data is coming from Is there a setting we can adjust or a way to show us which Feature Dataset in the database the data is coming from? As it shows in ArcGIS Desktop.

This comment is now terribly helpful but we decided as an organization quite a long time ago to not use subtypes anymore for our Enterprise GIS. Reasoning is that in the long run Subtypes tend to cause more issues then they solve. Like the subtypes for Electric Distribution in the data model we use we were better served by simply having a feature class for OH and another or UG and then designating by phase.

Sorry that's just the basic first question. From the main menu click customize > Toolbars and is Spatial Analyst one of the tool bar options. From ArcGIS Administrator which product do you have activated?

I don't think a lot of users are going to want to GPS a location a second time 20 minutes later in the hopes of increasing accuracy. I think your better option is to purchase a better quality GPS Often people will use their phones or the GPS unit they purchased at a Fleet Farm and find out they are not terribly accurate.

The end result is I have to get it working in Collector for field crews. If it was a matter for in office uses the user could select the table showing selected objects. I could work around by doing a join first and populating a field in the Sites toggle visibility but the desire is to set up a reconcile back to Maximo with updates on completed work and a new export of Project #'s. I suppose if there is not a way to do this I will have to opt for a python script to run after the export to field calculate the visibility field
