It was not doing this last week.  In regards to So when you see the dialog, you should just click "Save this map". It does it repeatedly when I save it, alter the configuration, and it again says it is a Classic Map. And by eventually make it to Enterprise you mean in 1 to 3 years? ... View more

@Anonymous User  Just to clarify I am using Portal not AGOL and we are at 10.9.1 Publish feature service with Pro 2.9  patch 2.9.2 to Enterprise Portal Open Feature Layer in New Map Viewer Save as web map Close web map Start Field Maps from Application Icon Select Configure from the new Web Map just created Save settings Select content                 Select first Feature                 Select convert pop up                 Save Content Close Configuration Open Web Map Make a minor change to visible range Select save and get this error message This map was previously updated in Map Viewer Classic. Please review the compatibility guide before saving your map. If you are unsure whether your map will be impacted, save this map as a new map instead. Even though it was saved in the New Map Viewer. Open the copy in Configuration.  This time it saved the Content. Open the Web Map again and try to Save and I get the same error message   ... View more

It is a pretty big issue for us.  One of our major apps allows field crews to submit drawing markups at the construction site by taking a photo.  The engineers can then see the markups in the dashboard and make changes to the AutoCAD drawings.  I made a ticket to ESRI support and they filed it as a verified bug.  The answer from them was more deflection than answer.  Very frustrating.     One of the more powerful upgrades with 10.9.1 Dashboard is the advanced formatting.  I have a building inspection Survey that has 145 contingent questions with allotment for 90 photos of issues.  With Advanced Formatting I can configure the results to show negative answers in red, but with out the ability to show the photos with them it does not do much good. ... @jcarlson  All of our 10.9.1 dashboards will not show thumbnails for attachments unless opened with Dashboard Classic. I have tried republishing from brand new with the newest version of Pro. Do you have the ability to see thumbnails of attachments? ... View more

Because you can then edit a form for the Field Map app. Similar in nature to a Survey123 form where you can set contingent values. However, I would encourage you to NOT upgrade to 10.9.1 as it takes away functionality of Dashboards and forces all our users to access them via Dashboards Classic   ... View more

The CODE is what is stored in the database table and the shapefile .dbf If you are using the Shape file in the MXD without importing it into a database there is not much you can do about it. If you are importing the shapefile into a database you can apply the domain to the field or When you open the shapefile in the MXD and you assign symbology, you can specify the DESCRIPTION as the LABLE for the symbol OR I feel the best practice would be to change the domain to a Full String Domain by changing the CODE to a Text Value that is the same as the DESCRIPTION     ... Making a decision on GPS equipment can be confusing and technical.  There are so many different options.
