if you need low end GPS accuracy for collecting of points I would stick with the TDC600 or get a complete Trimble system for point and streaming collection. I am not the biggest fan of Apple but web apps seem to work better on Apple. To that end we use iPhones and iPads.  If your not doing point collection than being off by 30 feet is negligible.    TDC600 is only 1.5 m gnss accurate so that is nothing go get excited about for accurate placement of points.  If you use that to place a buried asset and want to come back later being off by up to 1.5 meters is pretty big. ... I have an application for Arc Flash and Grounding data.  The engineers also wanted a PPE Required image to be visible.  I attached the image as part of the popup.  The image is saved on the server with the Feature service and the Web Map.  I attach the photo to the pop up via URL.  If you want to be able to zoom in on it attach is also in the Hyperlink.     When you do that the user can then tap  on the image and zoom in and  out. Oh I see.  That would make it cumbersome.  Have you asked FGDC.gov if they have a solution?  Out of curiosity is there a domain entry under metadata rather than resource.  Seems impractical to have to add a new domain for each domain value. So you mean a Quatro T200 to a T550 is a bit of a drop. But that is a heck of a lot better than the Intel Graphics 620 my company gave me.  I don't think the change from an i9 to an i7 will be very noticeable.  Unless your doing 4k GIS and rendering 360° video. 2 core may not be so good though.  It is frustrating when companies have people make decisions on things that effect others and they don't really understand what you need.  My company switched me to a laptop for work from home and they kicked me in the pinky toe. I installed Pro on my personal computer.  32 GB RAM, 10th gen i9 with 8 cores, High end GPU and I would say it runs around the world twice before my work computer can get to the end of the block.  ...
