Hello Ali, Thank you for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD! This should be a really simple fix to get those elevations on each contour line within Civil 3D. To display the contour lines within Civil 3D, or most any Autodesk product we need to fill in the Elevation values for each contour. Although this value does not come across when converted from ArcGIS for 2D polylines we should have a column labeled "Contours" or "Elevation" and in this column will be the contours height values for these 2D polylines from ArcGIS. 1) We can simply run an ArcGIS for AutoCAD command, "Esri_ElevateToField", to Programmatically set those elevation values we need in the Autodesk product of choice. Then when you manipulate the drawing to a 3D view the contours will be on their correct elevation. If by chance after running this command you still have issues please provide screen captures of the Attribute Table from ArcGIS Pro and also ArcGIS for AutoCAD. This should get you up and running, but if not please let us know.

Hello Michele, Thank you for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD! I am sorry to hear that your ArcGIS for AutoCAD installation fails. I am not sure the folder listed contains enough detail for us to determine your computer has the correct location or not so, let's go over a few things. 1) Are we using basic AutoCAD or are we using a vertical such as Civil 3D or Map 3D? 2) The current build of ArcGIS for AutoCAD is 410 released May 4, 2022. You can download it for free here: ArcGIS for AutoCAD is installed into the %ProgramFiles%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins folder. If this folder is missing or not accessible by the current user, ArcGIS for AutoCAD cannot be installed. On my computer this location is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins. 3) It sounds like there is a good chance the folder, "ApplicationPlugins", is missing from the machine C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins. Please create this folder and then try to install ArcGIS for AutoCAD again. This should get you up and running, but if not please let us know.

Hello Julius, I would like to thank you for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD, however, I do apologize for the behavior you are running in to. To get started on this sync issue we are having let's first make sure we are running the latest build of ArcGIS for AutoCAD, which is 410. It is indicated above we are actually running a 400.x build so first I would like us to uninstall your existing build and then install the latest build. You can download the free plug-in here. Some additional help from the Online documentation follows: ArcGIS for AutoCAD system requirements Install ArcGIS for AutoCAD There is no mention of where this web layer resides (ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise) or what version if on ArcGIS Enterprise. I want to include the following resource in case you are using ArcGIS Enterprise and it is version 10.7.0 or earlier for this upgrade. Register ArcGIS for AutoCAD on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.0 and earlier portals Once we are running build 410 open the drawing from your screen capture above and just click synchronize with no edits waiting. If the synchronization works fine we can then add a new line somewhere in the drawing and then try to sync again. What happens? Kind regards,

410 release of ArcGIS for AutoCAD The primary enhancements in this release are the introduction of sharing document feature layers as hosted web feature layers, and improvements in standardized ways to create document feature layers from drawing templates. This release included the addition of AutoLISP routines designed to assist in the automation of common editing tasks, enriched user interfaces, improved help documentation, and software bug fixes. New functionality Share document feature layers as hosted web feature layers to collaborate with GIS and field workflows. AutoCAD block properties persist during synchronize. Nonlinked block attributes and rotation are preserved after synchronization. Document feature layers can now be renamed in the feature layer properties user interface by editing the feature layer name edit box. Create feature tools to assist in the proper placement of new features on the correct layer, accessed from the Esri Contents pane action buttons of a feature layer and the Esri_FeatureLayer command. Linked text labels can be generated from the field values of features using the Esri_GenerateLabel/-Esri_GenerateLabel commands that will invoke the generate labels user interface, or the command line version. The Esri_PickLabel command in this release now supports the text of dimension entities (read-only). Industry standard data creation templates have been added to help jump start the creation of common data sets. The new Esri_ElevateToField command has been added to allow you modify the elevation of features to numeric field values, such as the elevation value of 2D GIS contour lines. Blocks can be applied to document feature layers in addition to web point feature layers using the Apply option of the Esri_FeatureLayer command or Apply Symbol context menu option of the Esri Contents user interface. User interface changes Add Data Experience includes better portal search and browsing, including better organization of groups, and new data creation templates for setting up common GIS data schema and symbology. Quick access to the Esri Maps collection is now a separate ribbon button. The Esri Contents pane can access more functionality through action buttons and new context menu options. Sorting by field values has been implemented in the attribute table user interface. Hello Michal, Thanks for reaching out through the ArcGIS for AutoCAD group here in the Esri Community. Also, thanks so much for using the product! So, both provided URLs work fine in our deployments in the office here, but something we noticed just by reviewing those provided URLs is that one is HTTP while the other is HTTPS. Given the HTTP version is giving you trouble at work I suggest trying the following URL first: This is the same URL you provided but with HTTPS: https://gis.nature.cz/arcgis/rest/services/ObecnaOchrana/USES/MapServer If you are still having issues let's try to export that Map Service from the REST Service itself here: http://gis.nature.cz/arcgis/rest/services/ObecnaOchrana/USES/MapServer/export?bbox=-906771.5727172121,-1122662.4787663936,-442590.38190573646,-928203.593987705 Export Map is listed under "Supported Operations:" at the bottom of the page you provided for each service. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Dan

DESCRIPTION: In some instances, the ApplicationPlugins folder for Autodesk products is not created so when the ArcGIS for AutoCAD installer performs its checks it might present the user with a notification: ArcGIS for AutoCAD halted installation notification. "ArcGIS for AutoCAD setup requires Autodesk AutoCAD. Please refer to the installation notes for more information." CAUSE: The folder, "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins", is not created when the Autodesk product is installed. SOLUTION: Create the missing folder then rerun the ArcGIS for AutoCAD installation. 1) Open Windows File Explorer. 2) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Autodesk. 3) Create the missing folder, "ApplicationPlugins", here. NOTE: This action might require Administrator privileges. 4) Now run the ArcGIS for AutoCAD setup once again. Related Links: Install of ArcGIS for AutoCAD ArcGIS for AutoCAD

Hello, The current build of ArcGIS for AutoCAD is 400.2 and is the supported release. You are welcome to download the latest build here. As for the current behavior you are seeing we are wondering if perhaps the dialog box is hidden on another screen. Please try clicking both Windows-Tab keys to display all open applications and associated dialog boxes. Otherwise, can you provide additional screen captures of what you are seeing? Kind regards,

Hello, Once you have registered the ArcGIS Enterprise within GeoEvent Manager you can create Output layers for adding and or updating features within a big data store. If the GeoEvent Server machine is federated you can just start adding the Output Layers since the ArcGIS Enterprise is already registered. For clarity ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 has not been officially released yet. If we are in fact running version 10.9 I do not see a patch for this yet so, development is perhaps still working on a patch. Version 10.9.1 should be released soon. Eric provided a simpler workaround in his post.

Hello Elias, I am not certain we are working with version 10.9.1 just yet, but maybe you are. As for version 10.9 if you are using the Filter and drilling down to a definition name ($DEFINITION_NAME) which is a property filter there is an existing bug: [BUG-000141761: Filter expressions configured do not support the internal properties of event records]. It might be possible to filter on enough field names to create a distinction between definitions the workflow (filter) would still work. While also reviewing the provided screen capture, vnfFiltering, I believe you might want to take advantage of the GeoEvent Manager Choice Filter which is new at 10.9. This behavior still exist here, but I wanted to make you aware of a great new filter that is cleaner and more efficient for the workflow. What are choices? https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/geoevent/latest/analyze/choices.htm GeoEvent 10.9: Introducing Choice Elements https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-geoevent-server-blog/geoevent-10-9-introducing-choice-elements/ba-p/1053353

Hello Vicky, Two different Esri Technical Support cases were created to work through this behavior. The first case resolved the SSL Certificate errors from GeoEvent Server. The second case was to determine the issue of the grayed out publish button and errors during Hosted Feature Layer publishing in general. It appears there are missed communications and or delays over the network for the ArcGIS Enterprise configured for high availability causing the intermittent behavior.

This behavior was resolved through an Esri Technical Support case. The published deep learning model execution fails with error "GetOutputCatalogPath". This behavior was determined to be with the ArcGIS Data Store's "pg_hba" file. This file was updated to include an entry for the Image Hosting Server, Raster Analytics Server as well as the GeoAnalytics Server. ArcGIS Data Store command utility reference > allowconnection

The "brackets" you speak of are what is called an array. It sounds like the data has been modified from what it was at the start of your project. I might suggest allowing GeoEvent to create a new definition automatically. This should then show this object with an infinity icon instead of the number one. It is possible your existing output layer will require modification as well. You might then experiment with using this handy processor to break the array: Field Splitter Processors for GeoEvent Server

Hello Vicky, Please check the GeoEvent Manager > Site > Data Stores page and see if the registered ArcGIS Enterprise site is validating. If the connection is not validating check the GeoEvent Server logs for SSL Handshake errors and if those errors include "Path building". Kind regards, Dan
