Usual stuff Francesca... Have path changed? Spaces etc etc. Is this a brand new mxd or are you using the tool via ArcCatalog? Have you tried resetting your application profile? https://community.esri.com/thread/78692

I agree with Dan Patterson you should be using a projected coordinate space to do this analysis. What are you trying to achieve? Judging from the picture, the cell size is much larger than the density of the points. And the scale of the colour ramped raster looks strange. Euclidean Distance—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Would this Point Density—Help | ArcGIS Desktop not be more suitable?

Another approach would be to convert the polygon to a polyline then use Generate Near Table—Help | ArcGIS Desktop with the nearest option. Include the proximity info, this gives you the coordinate of the near point.

I think you will have to clarify your problem a little. Are you talking about a GUID? What exactly are you doing and what are you trying to achieve? Arc version, db type etc etc

What is the nature of TABLE1? Does it have an ObjectID? And, by creating a temporary feature layer and then saving this to a layer file is not going to work imho. The data will only exist for the duration of the session.

I have not really used Pro yet, but isn't this just a normal python script in a toolbox. I would think that you do this like any other tool. Climb into the python code and just do it. Bear in mind that Pro is using python v3.x
