Hi There,  My first suggestion would be to check the data to make sure what has been loaded has all the same fields populated as what the Capital Project Catalog adds and populates.  Many of the views and apps rely filters set on specific fields to ensure the correct data is shown for each step in the workflow.   My guess is that some of these fields need to be populated to show up correctly. Hi Leah,  Thanks for the clarification.  Is the form expression you are using the one in the linked post to populate the actcost field? At first glance, this should work. The one thing I see in it though is that it is subtracting the total of the expenditures from the estimated budget. Looking at the popup you shared, it appears that this combination could result in odd results.  If you don't care about the total remaining (ie, estimated cost minus the expenditures), then the code below should work fine.  var expendituresFS = FeatureSetByRelationshipName($feature, "Spending"); var actcost = Sum(expendituresFS , 'costamount') return actcost   As far as limitations for how many records can be pulled, there shouldn't be any. Hi James,  Sorry to hear you are hitting some issues. I've followed the workflow myself and it seems to work for me. Do you know what role you have in your organization? I'm wondering if that could be preventing the template updates. As for the second issue, the latest release of ArcGIS Online had a small change in where the Forms button can be found. Hi Leah, The "Fiscal Year" filter works with a contains operator. When a new funding record is generated, via Capital Project Catalog or  Capital Project Coordination, the year is concatenated into a field on the source project.  This field ends up having every year for which funding is added. When the filter is used, it simply searches that field for the year selected and then filters the data.  Simply put, you the strings in the Value column for the data options should match what the fiscal year drop down looks like in the Capital Project Catalog or Capital Project Coordination applications. Hi Patrick,  Sorry to hear you are hitting issues.  The first thing I'd try is to clear your cache. Sometimes things get saved in there that prevent the UI from loading correctly. If that doesn't work, I'd be curious if a different browser or logged in user yield the same results.  The last thing I'd try would be changing the sharing permissions for the layer (a simple share private/org swizzle). @TimBlanchard  Outlook and Microsoft365 can be a bit tricky to get working with the scripts due to upgrades made for TLS 1.2 and higher.  For this sort of connection, a few things are variable in each system. The following info may help you get moving in the right direction.  SMTP:  "smtp.office365.com:586" Username: We've found that the username can change depending on how your organization sets up your  email addresses and authentication. Sometimes the password is the email address your sending from other times it may be the logon account at the email address Ex ( myaccount@email.com instead of myemail@email.com). Password: This will generally be the password for the email or account used for the username. However, if you are working with Multifactor Authentication, a simple password won't work. Instead you will need to have an app password which can act as your MFA permissions.
