That is the process we currently use but the editor tracking then uses whatever saved credentials for that services for all creation and last edited by. You can't tell who was logged into ArcGIS Online to do the edits. So if you have 5 users that are setup through ArcGIS Online to access a feature layer that has stored credentials all of their edits will show the stored credentials as the editor or creator of features.

I have been working with tech support and identified it as a bug. BUG-000113736 It has been marked as "In Production Plan". The bug that has been identified with my case relates to the services requiring tokens as cached services on ArcGIS Server and then saving credentials for the services on ArcGIS Online. All of my custom base maps in my base map group set as the organizational default show up and work in all Web Maps but do not all show up in the Web Apps. My issue is that only one custom basemap shows up in the Web App and through testing it is the one that is selected as current in the Web Map that is in the Web App. All other custom base maps do not show up. If I switch the custom base map in the Web Map, that new custom basemap will show up in the Web App but not the others or the one that previously was available. All custom basemaps have the same projection and caching schemes. I also demonstrated this to ESRI tech support and they recreated the problem and it has to do with the custom basemaps requiring tokens. There is no current workaround for this issue if you use secure services from ArcGIS Server. If you are having the same issue I would contact ESRI support so they see it is impacting more people.

Are there any updates on this? We have several municipal clients that use ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online and saving the credentials to Online makes all edits show as the saved credentials. They are smaller municipalities that rely on us for their GIS needs. Adding Portal to their deployments just isn't feasible right now. Having users login multiple times (once to AGOL and once to the layers) would be a real pain for field crews and less technical personnel. It also becomes a problem with users needing to remember 2 different accounts and passwords. Being able to properly utilize editor tracking from their SQL database and ArcGIS Server through ArcGIS Online would be a huge help.

I am also having the same issues with organizational basemaps. They show up in the web maps but are not available in the Web Appbuilder basemap widget.

I am also having the same issue. The webmaps that are the base for the Web Appbuilder show all of the organization basemaps but the Web Appbuilder only shows 1 of the custom basemaps (current basemap of webmap) we built and the ESRI ones shared with the Basemap group. The other custom basemaps do not show up in Web Appbuilder. I can add them through the import and I checked to make sure they were all the same coordinate system and used the same caching schema.

Rob, The only search fields I have tested are Unique ID fields (Not OBJECTID) we use that are Long Integer fields. The fields we use for searches DO use a field alias. A lot more of the fields do populate than doing a simple tap identify but still not all of the fields, some still are -.

I just tested it as well. The search is still broken but semi-fixed. It immediately zooms to Pennsylvania or Stockholm on some of our searches but once you close that search a tab is under it with the correct feature results with a place below it. Selecting a feature then works. It appears that the feature search works after closing those tabs but if you close the program and open it back up it does the immediate pan/zoom to the first found address.

Just downloaded and tested version 17.1.1 build 1776. Thank you for providing updates, our top priority is still BUG-000106480. Any update on BUG-000106967 being addressed? BUG-000106698 Trying to use a custom search such as a Manhole ID or Valve ID still immediately zooms to the first address it finds. Searching for Manhole/Valve ID 16724 immediately zooms to Crosby Pennsylvania If you hit the x to close that search then you can see the features (2 results) with the 2 features selectable and can zoom to them along with Places (1 Result) 16724 Crosby, Pennsylvania Attributes in pop-up work correctly in searched feature but not for any others Cancelling search when done and doing another search then produces the correct result of showing the Features and then Places. Appears to work correctly from then on. Closing app and reopening produces the same results of immediately zooming to an arbitrary location. 18163 goes to Stockholm. BUG-000106474 Can the sub layers be minimized by default. We have utilities on a cached service with a lot of sub layers that can’t be toggled on or off and it makes it very confusing for people to find the groups to turn on and off when they are shown and toggles are there but not able or should be able to use.

Heather, I sent screen shots to support and our Partner contact last week showing the issue. Below are 2 of the images we sent to them. The first shows how the symbology looked in Explorer iOS version 10.2.9 the second shows how it looks in 17.1.0. It also looks fine in collector (app this is mostly used in) and the android version. We have another map that uses very similar symbology that is not impacted. One difference is that we have a second service layer that we use for the labeling with no symbology for the point. The ! symbol is shown at all zoom levels. The farther out zoom levels are only single color points (character marker), zoomed in (shown below) are 2 layerd points (one color and one background slightly larger white).

You can add that the custom searches don't work either, only geocode addresses. We have a bunch of custom searches setup through AGO and none of them show up now in the new Explorer. Also a couple of our maps that use live data instead of cached data show ! instead of the symbols. Very frustrated with this release.

We have the issue with the pop-ups not showing attribute data and have contacted support. We are also experiencing issues with symbology showing up as ! instead of points (worked in old version and every other version and app) in layers that are not cached. Also the custom search fields are inaccessible , only search used is the geocoder, has this functionality been removed from Explorer? Are groups for maps completely removed? If you have a lot of maps it was easier for people to find their maps within their different groups.
