Hi Ismael, I am creating health and safety survey in which I need to hide some fields from the field staff and those field need to be fill in by the H&S manager in the office. Since those fields got domain so I have tried using the following workflow suggested by you. Add a select_one question using a list with UnReviewed and Reviewed values. Publish your survey. This will create a field in your database with a geodatabase domain.  Next change the type of question from select_one to hidden and set its default value to whatever the 'name' value was for UnReviewed in your choice list. Publish the survey again. If you create a Web Application next, you will see your dropdown for the domain values. I have manged to all the three steps but when I have created a webapp it is not showing me any domain value as drop down. I am trying to publish the survey to Portal 10.6. Is this workflow only applicable to ArcGIS online or I can use it in portal too? If I can't use this in Portal can you please suggest me any other way to hide the domain fields in Survey123? Hi Zhifang, Thanks for further describing the problem. Looking forward to see the issue resolved and also some more exciting stuff in new release . So far I have found the work around which is bit tedious  but its allowing me to export . Another question is are you guys planning to change the printing limit currently we can only export 30 records at a time is there any chance of changing it to more . Thanks, Anu ... View more

Hi James, The field person is not a author of these surveys. I have created the survey and share it with others so they can use it. I have created Template and added in under Report Tab. My question (and if you check in the snapshot) is that how he can see the report tab on one survey and cant see it on another survey. I have checked the permission and sharing wrights are the same for both of these Survey. And surprise that he was able to export the report last week but this tab has disappear on Monday (and have checked it today still the same ) Hope this is clear. No I mean you can auto populate OTHER information by using one field. In your case once you enter all these information - Facility ID, Facility Name, Primary Contact, Address, facilities in the csv by using Facility ID as Primary KEY you can auto populate other information in Survey123.  ...
